Genial
Pros:

Me gustó mucho la ubicación y la facilidad de entendimiento con el personal. La habitación era bastante grande, a pesar de tratarse de un hotel muy pequeño y con pocas habitaciones, contaba con aire acondicionado, televisión y nevera. El baño estaba recién reformado y la habitación contaba con un pequeño balcón que daba a la plaza. El personal nos dejó la llave para poder acceder de noche cuando no hubiese nadie en recepción.

Cons:

El acceso daba a la pizzeria del hotel y podrian haber especificado la entrada para tenerlo en cuenta a la hora de hacer el cheek in. A la hora de realizar el cheek in nuestra habitación aún no estaba limpia, estabn acabando de limpiarla y tuvimos que esperar. Además, nos encontramos con un poco de polvo y en el suelo que no estaba muy limpio a pesar de acabar de limpiarlo.
Ojala un poco más de variedad en el buffet de desayuno, aunque todo lo que probamos estaba muy bueno!

No soundproofing between guest rooms (you could hear intimate bathroom activity and talking). View consisted of air conditioning unit. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Bedroom floor was sticky. Room was very small.

Pros:

L'hôtel est très situé. Sa façade est agréable. La chambre et la salle de bain sont fonctionnels. La salle de bain est propre.Le personnel a été aimable. Le linge de toilette mis a disposition est de bonne facture.

Cons:

Le réseau wifi était faible. Difficulté à charges des pages et impossible de charger des vidéos. La climatisation fonctionnait de façon faible et le refroidissement de la chambre était limité. La propreté du sol de la chambre est à revoir. Le sol était collant et sale par endroit. Le lit était un lit coffre déplié.
Le prix payé est beaucoup trop cher par rapport à la qualité du site.

Quaint , cozy with warmth , hospitality, generosity and excellent customer service.
Pros:

Extremely helpful and pleasant staff! We received baggage help getting into the hotel down some steps pass the outdoor dining area to a cozy elevator.
The breakfast spread was included with many it tempting and delicious assortments.
What amazed us was how personable we were treated. It was raining the morning we were to depart causing us sun risers to oversleep. Unknowingly we should have reserved a taxi to get us to the bus pick up. The Albergo del Sole owner tried to reach an available taxi without success, and from what we understood not speaking Italian, he called in a staff to take his place and told us he would drive us to the bus stop.
The other staff helped us wrap and bag breakfast for take away! Whew…
they all saved us from missing our conn tons and we enjoyed a delicious Brunch on the train.
We are forever grateful for the generosity!

Pros:

Light and airy. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Rooms mall with little space to open suitcases. Only shelves to put clothes on were open and way too high. Pillows not good - slept on my down jacket as my pillow. Rooms were not serviced every day.

Everything was great, minus the noise
Pros:

Breakfast. And the morning staff were terrific. The room was clean and the bed was a king size

Cons:

The night staff was pretty loud for us on the first floor as they served food and closed the restaurant down. To the point that it was difficult to fall asleep and we had to turn on white noise on our phone to drown it out. A door would help a lot at the top of the stairs with that.

Frühstück ist okay. Sehr einfach, typischer Standard Brot, Käse, Wurst, Butter, Marmelade, Honig, Joghurt und Müsli.

Cappuccino war sehr gut.

Fantastisch geschlafen! Obwohl ich nur das kleine Einzelbett hatte, habe ich selten auf meinen vielen Reisen so tief, entspannt und erholsam geschlafen. Es war herrlich ruhig, das Zimmer genau richtig temperiert und dunkel, das Bett sehr angenehm. Ich leide schon seit Jahren unter Schlafstörungen, und dies war eine wirklich schöne Überraschung.

Cons:

In der Dusche gibt es keine Trennwand oder einen Vorhang, wodurch das Wasser im gesamten Raum verteilt wird. Die Dusche selber ist eine sehr enge Nische in der Wand, und befindet sich direkt neben der Toilette. Für eine größere und korpulentere Person stelle ich mir diese Dusche fast nicht zugänglich und nutzbar vor.

Der Spiegel ist zu hoch montiert (ich bin knapp 1 m 60 und konnte mich leider kaum beim Schminken und anziehen sehen). Ganzkörperspiegel fehlt
