Really enjoyable stay with great food, entertainment and comfortable room.
Pros:

Comfortable, clean and nice country looking room. Great that you could have a good cooked meal and sit in various areas. Loved the entertainment on Saturday night.

Cons:

No iron. When travelling it comes in handy with suitcase clothes. But not a big deal.

Great Pub with excellent rooms
Pros:

Excellent pub for an overnight stay the room was surprisingly modern for an of pub. The bed was very comfortable and great pillows. The supplied towels were great, and the shampoo and conditioner were good quality. I would definitely recommend this pub stay and will definitely be back.

Great atmosphere
Pros:

Great atmosphere within the hotel. Staff were great. Loved the history. The local shops were lovely. Everything within walking distance

Cons:

No Internet, I believe that the whole place doesn't have it. The room needed a good airing and a dust. Comfortable though

Cheap basic room in pub upstairs
Pros:

Cheap pub hotel, basic room with tv & air-conditioning, good, tasty pub meals available,
friendly & helpful staff

Cons:

Noisy guests, with kids running up and down screaming in hallway, very thin walls which made it difficult to sleep. Location is on a main road so heard semi-trailers/trucks pass during the night. We left early as couldn't rest

Would never go there again not a pleasant environment

Stayed Friday night band was playing till late then people hang around out front until after 1 ,very noisy,arguments and yelling
