Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, and good looking rooms. There was a work & manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.

Pros:

I had an amazing experience in Royal black pepper cottage Yercaud. Ofcourse the room was comfortable and clean.and their service is top notch and all food freshly make food was too good aroma and one curd rice was yummy tasty 😋
Totally worth the money. If you are looking for a decent budget friendly and couples hotel, go for it.

Wonderful stay forever with cool
Pros:

We stayed for 1 night in premium and standard rooms. Hotel location is very good. Staff is very polite and efficient. Checkin and checkout are quick. Staff took our luggage to our rooms, served us with a small gift and got breakfast to our rooms. Both rooms are good size, clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are also clean. Hot water is available 24/7. Rooms also have electric kettle. Our Driver was also taken care off. Car parking is also available. Overall good value for money. Recommended!.
