Pros:

Выбираели отель специально ближе к автовокзалу, потому что рано утром на маршрутку.
Комната довольно маленькая для троих, но нам нужно было только переночевать, поэтому нормально. В комнате всё есть - своя ванная, полотенца, средства, фен. Кровати удобные.
Есть даже бассейн! Небольшой, конечно, но ребенок был в восторге. Пока дочь купалась, мы сидели рядом на балкончике и пили вино)
Спасибо отдельное за завтрак. Накормили нас чуть раньше, чем положено было. И так вкусно! Оладушки даже с собой в дорогу положили))) спасибо). Ещё и домашним тортом угостили!

Cons:

Конечно, было шумновато от автовокзала. Но при закрытых окнах нормально. И не для прогулок место. Но нам и не нужно было! Зато с утра пешком дошли до маршрутки

Pros:

Доброжелательный персонал, помогли с чемоданами, в день выезда гуляли по Еревану, вернулись все мокрые, нас пустили в душ в бассейне, за это огромное спасибо!

Cons:

На мой взгляд, гостиница на букинге несколько переоценена.

Bien pour un départ matinal en bus
Pros:

Bien placé tout près du terminal de bus, très pratique pour une arrivée tardive ou un départ matinal.(tout prêt à pied).
Calme dans l'ensemble mais on entend bien quand même les allées et venues de la famille à travers la cage d'escalier.
Hotel familial, très sympathique. J'ai même eu le droit à une part de gâteau d'anniversaire de la maman.

Cons:

Un peu cher par rapport à la prestation et l'emplacement, assez loin du centre ville.
La literie a vraiment fait son temps, il serait temps de remplacer le matelas (sinon c'est très confortable et propre).

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Staff
Pros:

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff members were polite, friendly, and always helpful throughout the stay.

The food was also very tasty, and the overall experience was excellent for the price paid. Definitely worth the money.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Cons:

Transportation to Yerevan is not very easy during the morning hours because of the heavy traffic.

Уютно и по-семейному
Pros:

Уютный семейный отель, держит приятная гостеприимная семья. Удобное расположение около автовокзала, близко к транспортным магистралям. Приезжала на концерт, поэтому искала место проживания неподалеку от спортивно-концертного зала. Отель в пешей доступности, если бы не дождь, после концерта дошла бы пешком, но пришлось с полпути доехать на такси. В отеле чисто, аккуратно, тихо. Спала с открытым окном, ничего не слышала, кроме приятного хума дождя. Отличный санузел с просторным душем, свежий ремонт санузла. Очень удобный матрас и уютное теплое одеяло, белоснежное белье. В номере минибар, чайник, чай. Брала завтрак - хороший, вкусный.

Cons:

Немножко портит впечатление испорченный ламинат в комнате.
