Уютно и по-семейному
Pros:

Уютный семейный отель, держит приятная гостеприимная семья. Удобное расположение около автовокзала, близко к транспортным магистралям. Приезжала на концерт, поэтому искала место проживания неподалеку от спортивно-концертного зала. Отель в пешей доступности, если бы не дождь, после концерта дошла бы пешком, но пришлось с полпути доехать на такси. В отеле чисто, аккуратно, тихо. Спала с открытым окном, ничего не слышала, кроме приятного хума дождя. Отличный санузел с просторным душем, свежий ремонт санузла. Очень удобный матрас и уютное теплое одеяло, белоснежное белье. В номере минибар, чайник, чай. Брала завтрак - хороший, вкусный.

Cons:

Немножко портит впечатление испорченный ламинат в комнате.

Уютный отель
Pros:

Всё понравилось! По-домашнему уютный отель, очень приветливый персонал, в номере тепло, чисто, есть чайник, холодильник, мини-бар, вкусный домашний завтрак с прекрасным кофе! Обязательно приедем еще!

Очень уютный домашний отель. Полное ощущение, что ты здесь долгожданный гость. Мы заселились достаточно поздно, но нас накормили горячим ужином. Было очень приятно получить поздравление с днем рождения на завтраке. Рекомендую этот отель. Особенно удобно будет тем, кто дальше путешествует от автовокзала. Пару минут пешком до станции.

If you like more of a quite place, instead of a busy center and for a good price - this is it.
Pros:

Extremely nice and pleasant staff. Good in-house cooked food. Small swimming pool - great for kids. Cozy place overall.

Cons:

Rooms was slightly rundown, but not too critical. Very little to do around, not much is there within walking distance - must take taxi to go anywhere, but they come with no issue and quickly.

Pros:

I dont often leave reviews, but this gem of a hotel frankly deserves it. If you're a solo traveler looking to get a feel for the country, I could not recommend this place more, especially given the price. Walking distance from city centre. The staff are very terrific and the Armenian meals were very tasty. They offered tours for a great price which were quite enjoyable and very thorough. The staff are also really proficient in English.

In my case, I was a solo traveler from Canada - I don't figure I could've got a better experience and a better immersion into the country from any other hotel. 10/10
