Pros:

мне разрешили выехать на час позже, персонал был очень приветливый и расположение удобное

Cons:

запах от курения в номере был сильный плюс какой то химии даже если там не курили какое то время, это видимо не выветрить, плюс утром я проснулась и окна номера выходили на вытяжку которая шумит

Прекрасный Новогодний отдых с семьёй

Прекрасное расположение, замечательный персонал, великолепные новогодние завтраки ( на 10 +++), удобная кровать, чистое постельное белье и полотенца

Отель расположен прямо на центральной площади, в арке.
Персонал очень приветливый, во всем помогают, подсказывают, консультируют.
Особенно хочется отметить завтраки- они великолепные! Я выкатывалась после них как колобок. Очень разнообразные и сытные завтраки, богатый ассортимент всего.

Cons:

Нет центрального отопления , номер отапливается только с помощью кондиционера.
Я просто измучалась! Во - первых шум постоянно от него, во вторых очень сухой воздух, я всю слизистую носа себе высушила.
И ужасное ковровое покрытие на полу! Пожалуйста 🙏, снимите эти ковровые покрытия, это же пылесборник.
Я дышала грязным все 10 дней грязным и сухим воздухом 🤦‍♀️
Если исправить эти 2 отрицательных момента- то отель будет просто идеальным.

Завтрак как всегда на "высоте". Персонал внимательный, всегда помогут с чемоданами. Расположение гостиницы - самый центр Еревана. Санузел удобный. Розеток много, что удобно, когда надо подключить несколько устройств.

Cons:

Немного не хватило освещения в номере. ТВ не работал, что не критично.

The facilities inside the room were not complete. He didn't have extra paper towels, for example. I didn't ask for extra paper towels. The room was cold. I asked them to warm up my room. But, say, the room air is good. I had a cold and had a fever and room temperature was for the unsuitable. I slept in layers of clothes at night. The electric hairdryer in the bathroom was broken. They didn't leave toothbrushes and toothpaste for the passenger. I had to pay to use an electric kettle and drink tea and water in the fridge! I coughed and needed boiling water and water. I had to get it from the outside.

Which I don’t like it is there is no complementary water not like other hotel I stayed before they have two 500 ml bottle water everyday for complementary for the guests and only toilet have tissues
