The location is excellent. Can't be better.
The breakfast was abundant, fresh, lots of variety. Loved it.
Staff was friendly. Front desk staff was especially knowledgeable and understanding.
The shower door came off its hinge. They were quick to spot and remove it, but they didint' replace it for the remaining 7 days of my trip.
Also, the bathroom floors were dirty adn not mopped well.

My stay at Hotel Erebuni was pleasant overall. The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good.
Unfortunately, my positive impression was completely ruined at check-out. I was told by the reception staff that I had consumed various drinks from the minibar, including whisky, vodka, tonic and beer. This was simply not true. I did not take a single item from the minibar.
Nevertheless, I was asked to pay 11,800 Armenian dram for these supposed minibar purchases. I strongly objected, as I had not consumed any of these drinks.
The hotel was booked for me by Armenia Travel, which makes the situation even more unpleasant. I find it particularly unfair that Armenia Travel may now have to deal with these charges and potentially bear the cost of something I did not consume.
I feel genuinely cheated and ripped off by this experience. I consider this a form of deception. Charging a guest for items they did not consume is completely unacceptable and seriously undermines my trust in the hotel.
A pleasant stay, unfortunately ending with a very unpleasant experience.
