Pros:

Location is okay, no staff, room was decent. We we’re too exhausted from the Camino to do anything. We walked to a grocery store, but there wasn’t much open. The town had construction going on.

Bonito hotel que cumplió mis expectativas.
Pros:

Los dueños son agradables y, aunque no lo necesité, tenía un teléfono de contacto si tenía cualquier problema. El hotel es un molino antiguo y cuando llegamos nos lo enseñaron. Es una pasada.

Weird place.

The common area

Cons:

It is getting run down; especially the outside. It gives a creepy vibe. The electrical in the room was weird. It's a hotel but staff on site. Just strange overall.

Fijn, maar zeeeeer onvriendelijke eigenaresse

Ik ben erg onvriendelijk behandeld.
Ik had onderweg het hoteladres uit booking.com gekopieerd naar google.maps.
Helaas heb ik daardoor een uur moeten lopen naar een verkeerd adres. Daar aangekomen moest ik weer terug. Ik had erg pijnlijke voeten, waardoor het echt 2 uur extra strompelen was. Ik ben pelgrim en had al 9 uur gelopen die dag.
Toen ik aankwam reageerde de eigenaar geprikkeld dat ik niet online had ingecheckt. Het lukte me echter niet, want als ik op de inchecklink klikte, kreeg ik een Spaans scherm, welke niet vertaald werd. De eigenaar bleef maar herhalen dat het wel Engels was, waardoor ik ook wat geïrriteerd raakte, men hielp me niet, maar bleef maar herhalen dat het Engels was en volgens de wet moest. Uiteindelijk gokte ik iets en lukte het inloggen gelukkig. Ik kon naar binnen.
Eenmaal binnen, stuurde ik de eigenaar een klacht waarin ik vertelde over het feit dat ik door een verkeerd adres op booking.com twee uur extra had moeten lopen. Toen kwam de directrice naar mijn kamer om mij een felle uitbrander te geven dat ik onrespectvol was geweest. Ik moest bijna vertrekken, ze dreigde met de politie.
Ze had compleet geen oor voor het feit dat ik 2 uur had lopen strompelen en daardoor nog meer pijn in mijn voeten had, en dat het eerste inlogscherm bij de check-in toch echt Spaans was.

150m bis zum Bahnhof, Ticket nach Bilbao kostet 2,20€. Die Besitzerin kam später vorbei (sehr freundlich) und hatten ein gutes Gespräch.

Cons:

Kein Personal beim Check-in vorhanden. Der Zugangscode wird erst komplett ausgefülltem Dokument zugesendet. Die Daten mussen über einen Link zugesendet und der Personalausweis muss hierzu fotografiert werden.
