Pros:

The room was clean, modern renovated property.

Cons:

Although the property is close to the railway station, the area is not desireable. The area is also loud, 5 in the morning and you woke up to the sound of motorcycles and loud voices. We had to take an early train and since the property is close to the station, we planned to walk, however we decided to take a taxi due to make up of the neighbourhood. The check in was confusing. Also keep in mind that there is no elevator, we had a room on the second level and had to carry our lagguage up and down the stairs. We had the impression that we were renting in a small hotel due to the name and pictures, but it was in fact a house converted to an airbnb style rentals.

Klein, praktisch, mitten im Rotlichtmilieu, Ohrstöpselobligatorium, aber Kultur pur.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war klein, aber für mich allein passend. Zu zweit muss man sich gut abstimmen. Viele nette kleine Details, ein Wasserkocher und Tees, ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer usw.

Cons:

Kopfkissen, die mit meinem Kopf drauf immer noch 30cm hoch sind, verstehe ich nicht. Nackenbeschwerden vorprogrammiert.
Das Hotel liegt in einer Gegend, in der es auch in Dienstag- und Mittwoch-Nächten sehr lebendig ist. Ist mit Geräuschen verbunden.

Surprisingly good for price!
Pros:

Such a comfortable bed! A little street noise if you open the window, but I slept well with ear plugs. Lovely clean warm shower. Highly recommend!

Cons:

An electric fan would help anyone who would normally open a window to keep cool but wanted to avoid any noise from outside (there was little noise with the window closed!)
