Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel.
The rooms were cleaned carefully and neatly.
I liked that there were not many people in the hotel.
The staff at the reception was pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel itself really needs updating.
The staff in the mornings were not pleasant.
The breakfast is very poor, the same every day. There were no vegetables at all at breakfast. The glasses were not cleaned properly.
The soundproofing in the room is poor, you can hear everything very well.

Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est !!!
Pros:

Emplacement proche des restaurants mais sinon endroit humide envahi de moustiques et logement qui commence à se délabrer

Cons:

Literie trop dure
Mauvaise odeur en permanence
Malgré la réservation de la suite avec jaccuzi pas apprécié le séjour et parti 1 jour plus tôt.
Jaccuzi sale et malgré la demande et promesse de nettoyage rien n’a été fait.
Pas propre : cheveux dans la douche, serviettes de bain avec tache brune et peignoir tache jaune (pipi?)
Lavabo complètement bouché!
Rideaux prêts à tomber.

La salle de bain. La douche etait cassée , les buses pleines de tartre et plusieurs bouchees. Des anciens robinets étaient decollés du mur. C etait repeint en blanc mais pas tres bien réalisé... la pognee de la porte de la salle de bain etait cassee...

Vacaciones arruinadas, una estancia llena de problemas y cero gestión

La experiencia fue muy negativa debido a todas las incidencias que sufrimos.

Cons:

Prácticamente todo lo demás. La habitación estaba en muy mal estado: faltaban cortinas y una estaba rota, no había privacidad; el jacuzzi no funcionaba el primer día; la luz de la terraza estaba averiada; la mampara de la ducha rota; el baño se inundaba cada vez que nos duchábamos porque la tubería estaba atascada, obligándonos a usar todas las toallas para contener el agua. Además, nos prometieron un cambio de habitación, recogimos nuestras cosas y al volver por la noche descubrimos que no habían hecho nada: nos dejaron sin habitación asignada y tuvimos que regresar a la misma, con todos los problemas ya mencionados. Una experiencia caótica e inaceptable para unas vacaciones.

Pros:

Lo staff è molto attento, gentile e disponibile. La struttura del hotel.

Cons:

Suggerisco una manutenzione esterna ed interna più curata. Per esempio l’acqua usciva fuori della doccia allagando il bagno, la porta del bagno nella parte interna era saltata la barnice a causa dell’acqua inoltre c’è un solo appendi abiti in tutta la camera.
