Pros:

The staff were absolutely lovely and so ready to help! The hotel was stunning and like out of a travel magazine! It was worth every penny! Highly recommend for any sort of getaway!

Ce lieu est très bien pour des jeunes couples, qui ne sont pas regardant

Le lieu de la piscine était très jolie, mais malheureusement le barman ne sait pas faire des cocktails donc ça ne donne pas envie de boire un verre sur place

Cons:

La literie était abominable de plus que le linge soit des draps, beaucoup trop petits pour une literie, pas adaptée donc les draps qui ne tenait pas sur le matelas, pas de protection sur le matelas. Bref pas a la hauteur d un 4****

A kert gyönyörűen volt gondozva. Szép volt a szoba is, rend volt.

Cons:

Sajnos több negatív dolog történt. Kezdjük ott hogy a recepciós hölgynek fogalma sem volt arról milyen szolgáltatást nyújtanak a szálláson, ugyan is ki volt rakva az asztalra egy program lap amin több buszos program volt. Mi nagyon megörültünk mert az egyik helyre( Pantokrator hegy) amit kinéztünk szintén volt hirdetve egy ilyen út. Amikor megkérdeztem a hölgyet eléggé gúnyosan és értetlenkedve kérdezte hogy mi tudjuk e hogy az egy hegy és nem a tengerpart, de igazából ezen kívűl nem tudott semmit mondani csak annyit hogy holnap reggelre megkérdezi. Reggeli után megint mentem érdeklődni és amikor kérdeztem úgy tett mintha nem is emlékezne majd közölte hogy hát ő ezt nem tudja elmondani de jön valaki 5 perc múlva aki el tudja. De nem jött senki. Jó lenne ha nem hirdetnének olyat amit nem tudnak kivitelezni. És sajnos ez még nem a vége a történetnek. Egyik este arra lettünk figyelmesek hogy elvittek a szobából egy Nike nadrágot. Ezt jeleztem a recepción ( egy fiú volt akkor már ott) és nagyon meg akart győzni hogy “biztos csak véletlen összefogták”. Hát egy kisebb fenyegetés után eljutottunk a menedzserig ő nagyon segítő kész volt és szerencsére visszakaptuk a nadrágot, viszont nyilván nem szeretnék rosszat hinni, de sajnos elég érdekes hogy az én fehér pizsamámat nem fogták össze semmivel a párom fekete kb. 50 centi hosszú nadrágját meg igen úgy hogy az ágy legtetején volt🙃. De persze mindenki döntse el maga hogy mi történhetett.
Sajnos a reggeli se volt valami finom.

De grootte van de kamer en het bed. Zwembad was in orde

Wij hadden kamer met jacuzzi geboekt. Jacuzzi werkte niet, temperatuur was niet te regelen, geen bubbels. Extra hiervoor betaald, restitutie zou terecht zijn. Personeel deed onverschillig, Reparatie werd beloofd maar er gebeurde niets. Met klachten werd verder niets gedaan. De kamer had geen gordijnen, weinig privacy en de airco was erg luidruchtig. Er zijn erg veel muggen dus op het terras zitten gaat gewoonweg niet. Het ontbijt was eentonig en het onderhoud aan het complex is gebrekkig.

Beautiful spot of Corfu such a gorgeous town and so much to do in the area

When I arrived at the property I got a horrible chemicaly smell in the room , one to make you feel nauseous and headachy. I asked to change room and there were no rooms available. I then told the staff about the smell and they tried to convince me I was wrong. I then found dirt (toenails) under the bed when looking to see what the smell was . The staff were polite at first but the most condescending people I came across while there. I was meant to stay for 4 nights but left on the second as everything was so awful. I struggled to get a refund for the nights I didn’t stay but with a lot of hassle I finally got a refund. I was hoping this was a one time problem with the smell and dirt , so I wasn’t going to leave a review but with all the hassle, the unpleasant staff and the whole handling of the situation I realised it wasn’t a one time occurrence and that it was just an awful place all together! If you like dirty, unkept staff with no manners this is the place to go :)

Absolument parfait

Un séjour parfait, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans cet hôtel. Tout était réuni pour que notre séjour soit une réussite : un établissement très propre, une équipe accueillante, souriante, toujours à l’écoute et aux petits soins pour ses clients.

Nous nous sommes sentis les bienvenus dès notre arrivée. Le personnel a toujours été disponible et bienveillant, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Une mention toute particulière au barman, avec qui nous avons eu énormément de plaisir à terminer chacune de nos soirées. Sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et sa bonne humeur ont vraiment fait la différence et ont contribué à rendre nos vacances inoubliables.

Merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil. Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés et espérons revenir très bientôt !

Pros:

Très beau emplacement et magnifique hôtel. Le personnel très gentil et les infrastructures sont vraiment bien.
