Our room was good for a couple - a family would struggle.
Pros:

Great location and easy to access. Very clean and the staff member we met was very helpful indeed. The generous shower was lovely. Well priced.

Cons:

I wasn’t keen on the folding door on the bathroom. It was noisy to close in the night and you have to be good friends with the person you’re staying with! Also, there was a rail missing in the wardrobe so not possible to hand dresses up. It had a bed settee - maybe for a family for a night but room was too small to accommodate longer than that.

Amazing accommodation right in the heart of Alicante
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Jerusalen Suites and were genuinely impressed from start to finish. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the town, making it easy to explore everything on foot.

The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, very spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home.

A special mention to the host, who was amazing throughout, quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay as pleasant and stress-free as possible. We also really appreciated being able to leave our luggage after check-out, which made a big difference as we had a late flight.

We would absolutely stay here again in the future and highly recommend Jerusalen Suites to anyone visiting the area!

Camera centralissima, ampia e molto pulita e accogliente.
Abbiamo soggiornato due notti e la pulizia della camera è stata effettuata (non scontato).
Alla "reception" c'erano le mappe e delle informazioni turistiche.

Cons:

1.Checkin: ho provveduto ad effettuare il check-in online la mattina dopo aver ricevuto il link e una volta terminato non ho ricevuto le chiavi di accesso.
Arrivati all'Hotel abbiamo cercato di contattare su diversi canali i gestori, ma non abbiamo ricevuto risposte se non dopo diverso tempo di attesa fuori dall'albergo. Ritengo che, se si decide di non avere personale all'accoglienza, bisogna assicurarsi che almeno una persona sia reperibile subito per qualsiasi necessità. Consiglio di effettuare subito il check-in una volta ricevuta la mail e se non si ricevono subito le credenziali di accesso, contattare fin da subito la struttura per evitare perdite di tempo per le attese
2. La porta del bagno: porta a soffietto, che oltretutto non si chiudeva bene e non stava nel binario. A mio parere migliorabile o almeno da aggiustare
