Response of the staff on whatsap is fast

Cons:

Humidity inside the rooms is extremely high so the smell of the room is bad, there is a humidifier but not making much difference, the AC was not working properly, the soap that was placed was almost empty.
Sofa is old and dirty we didn’t use it.
Towels are also very very old.

Un piccolo appartamentino completo di tutto e posizionato su una delle vie più caratteristiche di Alicante (la via colorata con i funghi giganti). Vi erano tutte le comodità, compreso un piccolo angolo cugina per poter cucinare qualcosa di semplice. Anche essendo in pieno centro la insonorizzazione della stanza era sufficiente e si riesce a dormire tranquillamente senza rumori molesti. Macchinetta del caffè con qualche cialda, frigo spazioso, forno a microonde, purificatore aria, tv, piccolo soggiorno.... insomma, tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole.
Buona la pulizia. Staff molto cortese e disponibile... avevo chiesto la cortesia di poter fare il check-in con qualche ora di anticipo (alle 13:00 invece che alle 16:00) e sono stati gentilissimi e subito pronti a soddisfare la mia richiesta, cosa non affatto scontata.
Lo consiglio sicuramente per chi cerca una sistemazione comoda, completa, e con una bella vista (oltre ad avere farmacia, tabacchi, generi alimentari tutto nelle vicinanze.

La situación es excepcional.
Se estropeó el aire acondicionado, dimos parte y lo arreglaron sobre la marcha en menos de una hora.

Cons:

Está innn no poco deteriorado, cajoneras rotas. Toalleros arrancados de la pared con los tacos a la vista, y a pena porque las habitaciones están muy bien.
