Pros:

I was very pleased with the staff, especially one team member from Idukki whose name I unfortunately cannot recall. He was extremely polite, welcoming, and always had a pleasant smile, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room was well maintained, the food quality was good, and the location was perfect. Overall, it was excellent value for money and truly worth the price. 👍

Memorable Vacation Time
Pros:

Breakfast is kerala style but good varieties of Aapam and different side dishes , also bread , jam and butter with tea or coffee. We liked the complementary breakfast. Especially Alok and Amol from Room service are fantastic, Thanks to them

I liked everything i went with my father who is 80 years old. Rajesh in reception was extremely helpful. Infact they added tamil channels in television as we stayed for 6 days. Jobin sir was guiding us nearby places and made us extremely comfortable for our holiday stay. Very Safe Place for Family and Friends. Bar is inside the compound with separate entrance makes it safe. More parking space. Dont miss to stay in this wonderful place. I wish Park Regency all the success.

Not a pleasant stay!
Cons:

It is about 8 kms from the Angamaly / Ernakulam Road, when we arrived there was nobody around (Guests/staff) except a person in Reception. The Parking lot was nearly empty. Once we got in to the room, there was an overpowering stench from the Washroom, it was dirty and the stench was unbearable. Tried calling reception and the phone did not work. I went up to reception and complained about the stench and we were given a new room. Thankfully the new room did not stink, however there were stains everywhere and it just felt horrible. Both rooms had a safety deposit locker, but it was powered off or did not work.

After we checked in in the afternoon, we went out and when we returned at night, the parking lot was nearly full with vehicles and lot of men around, presumably coming out of the bar because I noticed a guy had an opened bottle of beer in his hand. This is not clearly what you want to see when you are with your family.

The following morning when we checked out, I noticed the car park was nearly empty which made me wonder if we were the only ones who stayed in the hotel?
