prima ligging , alles onmiddellijk in de buurt

Cons:

alles was in orde , enkel spijtig dat de koelkast uitgetrokken was en dus even duurde voor hij koud was

I was there from the 13-21 no one came to clean it ones.
The bathroom shower had sewage gases leaking out so I had to cover the drain daily after shower.

Cons:

Essen vom Vormieter im Kühlschrank.
Die Dusche verdient ein pasr Fliesen zusätzlich, um größeren Nässeschäden vorzubeugen.

Perfekt für den Trip nach Augsburg!
Pros:

Fantastische Unterkunft für den Kurztrip als auch Mehrtägigen Aufenthalt in Augsburg. Das ANA Suites ist super gelegen und ist perfekt ausgestattet. Ich war erst kritisch gegenüber einem Self-CheckIn aber es passte alles perfekt und fehlte an nichts…! Gerne wieder.

Stylische Unterkunft, tolle Lage!

Cons:

Sehr schlecht geputzt, Schimmel im Bad an der Dusche.
Kein Boden gewischt, keine Spritzer ab Wänden in Bad und im Wohnraum beseitigt.
Staub unterm Bett und in allen Ecken und auf der Rückseite von Gegenständen, z.B. Stehlampe.
Sehr schade bei einer so schönen Unterkunft!

Perfekter Rückzugsort in Augsburgs Altstadt
Pros:

Direkt in der Altstadt gelegen, zig Restaurants ums Eck und alles was man braucht in Fußweite. Besser geht es nicht für den Preis und die Lage in Augsburg. Nicht zu vergessen, die liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmer in einem geschichtsträchtigen Gebäude. Unser Place to be, wenn wir in der Fuggerstadt übernachten. Easy Zugang via Codes. Parkplätze leider etwas weiter weg in einer Tiefgarage. Feiner Service im Zimmer mit kleiner Kochstelle und Kapselkaffee-Maschine.

Cons:

Manche Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollten ausgetauscht werden.

Pros:

Das Appartement ist sehr zentral und hat eine tolle Lage. Obwohl es in einer aufgrund Gastronomie belebten Seitenstraße ist (was ich persönlich sehr gern mag), sind die Fenster absolut lärmdicht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, mit Kaffeemaschine und Plattenkocher.
Die Möblierung hat mir sehr gut gefallen und ist sehr stilvoll - passend zum renovierten Altbau. Das Bett ist sehr bequem.

Cons:

Auf zweifache schriftliche Anfrage bzgl. Parkplatz haben wir keine Antwort erhalten.
Der Boden (vor allem im Bad) war nicht sauber. Hier wurde mit Sicherheit nicht geputzt. Im Bad ist an einem großen Stück Wand der Putz beschädigt.

Sehr zentrale Lage

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit wurde vernachlässigt, erst nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen wurde sehr eingeschränkt reagiert
Zudem hatten wir ein massives Ameisen Problem in der Wohnung!
Hatte es gleich am ersten Tag gemeldet, …. Keiner kam!

erg onpraktisch en er was gerookt in de kamer en dat stonk, de peuken lagen in de dakgoot. De geur is blijven hangen.
