Booked jetted tub room and they gave us another king bed room. I confronted them and they said it was leaking and would have a part tomorrow (Saturday) and we could get the room then. The maintenance person (we found out after the room wasn't ready) doesn't work on Saturday, so they basically were not telling us the truth. We stayed in the same room on Saturday and this room had a window blind directly over the bed that was broke and didn't shut all the way. So sun was in our face at 5 AM. Went to get ice from the ice machine and both the 6th and 5th floor ice machines were broke. The floors every where we went were dirty. Neve will stay there again.
Everything was nice and updated. Location was great and so was breakfast.

When I booked this room, there was no mention that daily housekeeping was not provided. That wouldn't have been terrible if adequate trash cans had been provided; instead, there were only tiny trash cans in the room. When I requested that someone empty the trash, I was ignored. The rooms are cleaned only every third day—I had never heard of that before in any other hotel.
The breakfast was mediocre at best, with hardly any fruit. Every night there was a banging noise in the pipes on the fifth floor, and the tub was clogged. On top of all that, they charge for parking. Not totally terrible, but I would have picked something else.
It was nice, simple, everything was smoothly!
I would say, maybe just a bit more lighting in the lobby, and in my room I couldn’t get the jets to work on the tub or open the blinds of the window by the tub?

Didn’t know house keeping didn’t clean room or change out the towels. I expected if I’m paying over $600 for the two night stay I expected better house keeping ruy
When will I get my money back? You said it would take 2 days. Two days have passed. Why hasn't the money been returned yet?
The cleanliness, staff, beds, and quietness.
Breakfast had lots of items that ran out and where no refilled,, such as bread, bagels, milk for cereal, juice, bacon, and coffee.

I am confounded by past ratings. 4.5? Generous to put it mildly. Factors like a large hotel with spacious rooms in a very convenient location must have greatly influenced the overall scores. On the other hand, anti-social morning front desk staff, peeling patches in the room's wallpaper, and mold/peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling do not seem to count. When we asked for water at breakfast, we were told that "there is a drinking fountain down the hall in the lobby". Just rude.
Prices were not unreasonable for the area, but charging each room $7.00 per night (whether or not they had a vehicle) seems a bit grabby.
Staff was nice.
Room felt unclean like the carpets need a good deep clean, furniture was sticky, chair’s upholstery was peeling. Breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced. Needs serious upgrading…OJ was watered down, eggs were watery, very untidy and poor setup of breakfast items.

They had problems with housekeeping. When we initially arrived around 11:30 room wasn't ready, which was no problem as we were early. Edna gave us a parking pass and good directions on bus/light rail. When we arrived 8:30 that evening room still wasn't ready, housekeeping mix ups. Waited about 20 mins and then got in. Edna was working on crediting back some or all of our room, so they made it right, thanks to her!
Almost forgot, broken lamp, with tape on it and big carpet stains. That room could use an update!

After our room wasn't touched on our first full day I went down to reception to advise housekeeping wasn't attended to and the beds were still not made and no replacement towels provided. The response I received was "did you request this". I was staggered we needed to request this and once I advised I hadn't been informed, they advised this is what i need to do or the room doesn't get touched.
I then requested for our room to be attended to each day and they advised "certainly"- but two days later (and our last full day), this again didn't happen.
What did our accomodation fee cover as it was certainly expensive.
