The host was very friendly, gave us good dinner suggestions. The breakfast was great with lots of selections. The beds were so soft

Excellent Stay!
Pros:

10/10 the room was cozy and the heater was on before I arrived, so it was perfect to walk in to. The front desk staff was excellent and the warm breakfast was much more extensive than expected!

Great hotel I would like to keep a secret!
Pros:

The location was easy to find. I was greeted by friendly staff right away. I found the lobby very inviting with a little area I could get snacks and other items I may need. My room was a king and very spacious. It had a nice bathroom along with a small kitchen type area including fridge, sink, and coffee maker. The room also included a desk area for working and a comfortable sitting chair. The breakfast in the morning had hot choices like bacon, eggs, sausage,waffles even biscuits and gravy. Fresh fruit,yogurt,cereal,pastries and juices too. Great options. I willl definitely stay here again and recommend to friends, family and business associates.

Needs some serious TLC
Pros:

Quiet and solid value but declining. So much deferred maintenance. I used to love this place when it was a silver cloud. Now I get to pay the same price but have a worse experience! The breakfast is pretty sad. Basically what you would expect at a comfort Inn. Torn upholstery and stained furniture in the breakfast area, formerly a full-service restaurant. My shower curtain was falling apart and the water pressure limiter on the faucet in the bathroom was so extreme that I couldn’t use it to shave. Guest room doors all SLAM shut with so much force you are woken up. Common areas the stairwells were filthy.

Very comfortable stay at a great price
Pros:

Room was nice and clean, staff was friendly and helpful. It was a very nice stay. Only thing that would have been better is if there was a restaurant on site that you could get some dinner and not have to leave the building after a long day.

Good value in expensive ciry
Pros:

Hotel was nice, convenient and comfortable, except toilet ram most of the night and bathroom was a little small in proportion to the room. Breakfast was decent.
