Please note that breakfast is served from 6:00 to 10:00 on weekdays and 6:30 to 10:30 on weekends and holidays.
The rooftop pool is cold/heated and closed for maintenance on Tuesdays. The Club Premium pool, covered and heated, is closed on Mondays for maintenance and the entire Club space is closed for 1h every day (9am and 3pm) for cleaning.
Kindly note that for group reservations of more than 10 rooms, different policies apply.
According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Localização é excelente, perto de shopping e rodoviária plano piloto, rua tranquila. Instalações limpas, bons espaços e bom atendimento.
Café da manhã poderia ser mais variado, chaves ficaram desmagnetizadas e piscina aquecida estava sem funcionar.

Assim que fiz a reserva no booking, recebi várias tentativas de golpe via WhatsApp pra refazer o pagamento e garantir a reserva. Certamente há vazamento de dados. O aquecedor da piscina estava quebrado. Não há um bebedouro, e a garrafa de 300ml de água custa 11 reais!!!
