Pros:

Bellissima struttura nuova, camera ben arredata con bollitore a disposizione, materasso molto comodo e asciugamani morbidissimi. Parcheggio all'interno dell' area recintata. Possibilità di completa autonomia nelle fasi di check in, check out e colazione

Cons:

Direi nulla! Volendo proprio trovare un piccolo difetto, il riscaldamento ad aria di notte è un po' rumoroso, anche se incredibilmente efficiente per scaldare la stanza con temperature esterne molto rigide

The place is beautiful, everything is automated, and whenever I needed some support I used Whatsapp.
The room is very good, clean and comfortable.
