Ok pub with rooms for a stopover.
Pros:

The room was quite large and airy. The bed was comfy if a little hard. The bathroom was small but modern with a large walk in shower.

Cons:

When we arrived early there was noone at the property so we could leave our bags and no answer on the phone numbers given.
The room was on 2nd floor up very steep narrow stairs - we were not warned of this in advance.
The property is on the High Street and, because it was hot and we needed the window open, there was a lot of noise from the street.
Breakfast is an extra £12.

A great little inn
Pros:

The host was very welcoming when we arrived quite late at night. The room was exceptional, very well equipped and modern despite the building being old. Unfortunately due to having to leave so early in the morning we didn't get the chance to have breakfast there. A great location and I would definitely stop here again

Cons:

Nothing, it exceeded expectations

Like above great staff (very welcome and had such a laugh with Andrea and another lady) comfy beds, modern rooms and ove
Pros:

Great location for where we needed to be to celebrate a friends birthday. Modern rooms, quiet, comfy beds and we fabulous staff.

Cons:

I can’t say we didn’t like anything about it as only stayed 1 night and it was perfect for us to rest our head. If I had to say maybe a little modernising downstairs but to keep the quirkiness of it.

Pros:

Our room was lovely, clean and fresh with tea and coffee making facilities. Our host was so friendly. The building was very oldie worldie but rooms had modern facilities.

Cons:

Unfortunately they did not provide any meals, but we were able to have our evening meal at a lovely Italian restaurant 10 minute walk away and had breakfast at a food van opposite hotel that had table and chairs under cover.
