Location is great, and look, it was ok...just a high price point for not that great.

The buffet was ok, the staff were 10/10!! just the food variety was simple-a bit boring and just fine. The omelette was delicious, I couldn't fault that.

Cons:

In my opinion, we paid a lot for 2nights($766). We don't get to do this kind of thing a lot and I just expected at this price point to feel a little fancier. We didn't have robes or slippers in the room as stated on the description, nor the docking station and coffee machine. Just a kettle. The mini bar was 2 long life milks. Only 2 towels were provided, even though we booked for 3 guests. The space between bed and wall was so tight...a simple shuffle down of beds could have fixed that but again, at this price point I just expected better. The gym was non existent, which I like to lift heavy stuff to start my day, so that was disappointing. The pool was fine, but having patrons overlooking from the upstairs bar is awkward, simple placement of plants and frosted glass is such an easy adjustment, to make guests feel comfortable, not that I am ashamed of my body, and I love a swim up bar situation but this felt weird. We could have spent less and had the same elsewhere.
