Pros:

Mycket trevlig inbjudande personal. God mat. Vackert porslin och keramik. Vacker design
Härlig pool

Cons:

En gäst höll på med en drönare minst 45 minuter och längre. Störande ljud och otrevligt att bli iakttagen. Kom mig inte för att säga till.

Top en relax!
Pros:

De wellness faciliteiten in het aparte gebouw zijn super. Van zwembad, jacuzzi, stoomcabines ot ligbedden. De kamer in het oude hoofdgebouw ademt historie en charme maar was wel wat klein evenals de eigen badkamer en de vloer kraakte en piepte. Maar het heerlijke ontbijt, de nabijheid van zee en vooral de wellness maakte het een fantastische overnachting van een tweedaags bezoek aan Bornholm

Spectacular location with excellent food but European comfort standards
Pros:

Very scenic location. Beautiful historic mansion, and a modern hotel building next to it. Excellent infinity pool with a sauna, but also a diving platform maybe 100 meters out for a dunk in the Baltic Sea. Excellent restaurant for dinner and breakfast (but slow and a bit chaotic service). Top attractions like the Opal Lake are a short drive away.

The hotel staff were amazing. Got me a dinner reservation when the restaurant was full. Got me into breakfast after it was closed already. Very friendly people, welcoming and kind. They treat you as their guest, not an accounting unit.

Cons:

Definitely try to book in the new building. I got unlucky with a room in the historic mansion, facing the parking lot. It had no AC and opening windows onto the parking lot felt loud, dusty, and even a bit unsafe. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to have AC when traveling in Europe during the summer time these days. Always check for AC.

Vacker omgivning. Lugnet. Känslan av klassiskt badhotell med anor som möter modern komfort i lyxig stil. Personalen. Läget vid den lugna poolen med utsikt mot havet. Mycket fin frukostmiljö i matsalen med underbara lokala blommor i vaserna.

Cons:

Det tog lite tid att förstå hur vi skulle låsa dörren till lägenheten.

Does not live up to expectations.
Pros:

Good food, especially in the evening, with a mix of excellent and less capable staff. The wine list is fairly expensive.

Cons:

Beautiful view, but apart from that, this hotel completely fails to live up to expectations. The reception staff are highly unprofessional, the internet is slow, and the breakfast buffet is mediocre. The hotel feels very unfinished, and at times it seems as though there is no management at all.

Dejligt afslappende ophold.
Pros:

Meget flot hotel og fed udsigt. Fin morgenmad. lækkert pool område. Dejlig gourmet aftensmad, lige til den dyre ende (Københavner priser)

Cons:

Manglende air con. Afkalkning af brus på badeværelse og mindre vand på gulvet efter bad. Lidt bedre hovedpuder. Flere tv kanaler. Manglende kaffemaskine på værelset.

Unikt hotel og fremragende mad oplevelse.
Pros:

Spa området giver hotellet et ekstra løft, og er virkelig lavet flot. Udsigt til havet fra pool området.

Maden var fremragende på Michelin Niveau.

Lækkert spaområde, som vi benyttede hver dag.
Alt var 'smooth' og gled stille og roligt uden de store interaktioner med stedet; det var rart. Vi trængte til ro og fred.
Vi værdsatte faktisk, at der ikke var nøglekort, og at vi selv skulle huske at slukke lys efter os.
Godt med tillidsbaren, selvom vi kun brugt den én gang.
Dejligt værelse og terrasse, hvor vi spiste lidt tapas til aften i fred og ro. Virkelig rart, man kunne det.
Der var meget stille; også mellem værelserne.

Cons:

God morgenmad - lidt variation kunne dog ønskes i buffeten, når man er der flere dage.
Det ligger jo lidt for sig selv, så man skal køre til byen, evt. cykle.

Rengøring af værelser først kl.15.30 og ikke fyldest gørende.
Mangel på håndklæder i poolområdet.
