É uma boa proposta. Quarto bem simples, Check in e Check out tranquilo, Check in foi flexível.

Cons:

Infelizmente fiquei em um quarto do lado da cozinha, de madrugada ou a noite vários passos, barulho de microondas, conversa entre pessoas me incomodou bastante a dormir.
