Served its purpose
Pros:

Close to where I had to attend a meeting so it served its purpose. 10 minutes walk to the local mall / movie theater.

Cons:

A reasonable walk (15 minutes)from the Kaifu subway station. Hotel was somewhat rundown. Room size was okay.

The hotel is reasonably priced and is in a good location.
Pros:

The location was difficult to find at first, but it's situated nicely between subway stations and bus stops. The hotel staff were very nice, especially the cleaning staff. Unfortunately, I forgot almost all of my Chinese when I got there, and couldn't communicate well, so we had to use some translation apps to get by. The shower and bed were nice.

Cons:

The window in my room was broken and couldn't be closed, but I didn't mind because the weather was mild and I would've kept the window open anyway. I don't think the thermostat worked either - but again, the weather was good and I didn't really need to use it. Breakfast was nice when I used the facilities (I mostly ate elsewhere though). There was a problem with my card being charged and I had to pay in cash because of it - my bank claimed that the hotel hadn't attempted to charge my card at all, so I don't know what went wrong.
