Our room was sold to others just because of a late arrival.

Cons:

We tried to get im touch with this hotel to let them know that we will arrive over 18:00, but they didnt answered, we send them several messages, that we are on the way and we will come to them latter than 18:00, based on its request, there is no need in payment in advance. When we arrived to them, they sold our room to others saying that we didnt arrive before 18:00. So it was very sadly, because it was night and we should looking for another hotel. No responsibility for people interests, just how to reach money. I visited many hotels in china and all hotels were trying to get in touch in any way with customers.
