Great aircon, everything else not great.

It looks nice on the outside and the aircon was great!

Cons:

This was my least favourite property I stayed in during my travels in Vietnam. When we arrived the desk staff didn't even greet us. We stood there for a long time before he looked up to see what we wanted. Even then it was a grunt. He then seemed surprised we wanted two rooms despite us booking online and getting confirmation.

The rooms were a bit dirty, and my bed was mouldy. I understand the incense is religious and cultural but in a small room with a closed window and in humidity and heat it was truly suffocating.

Upon checkout we paid more than what the booking.com price said it would be as they were cash only.

The wifi was so bad it wasn't worth connecting to.

The shower in the bathroom wet the entire bathroom floor.

You get no soap which is a tough discovery when you go shower at night...

Decent value for money
Pros:

Reception went to great trouble to help us organise transport, despite the language barrier. It was clean and good value for money

Cons:

No soap / shower gel. Air conditioner not great . Location a bit out of the way. Communication very difficult but they did try very hard which we appreciated.
