Please aware for fraud
The property was clean, fresh and was modern in furnishing. The room was as pictured in the advert with a nice wrap around balcony. Staff were polite, attentive and courteous. Water was hot, sports channels worked on TV was able to watch Liverpool (UK football team) beat West Ham 5 Nil lol toiletries were provided too. But mainly it was clean and fresh. Like that there was a separate shower area, chose this hotel cause of this, don’t like the toilet area and floor getting wet.
The shower water overflowed into toilet area which mean toilet and floor got wet, which was disappointing and had to use our towels. But that was the only thing which could be rectified by adjusting the shower head.

Staff members are polite , respectful and helpful as well , food was awesome and delicious
Room size and location of room is not fair as per shown pictures , required more cleaning before check in
