Cons:

I had booked king size room with balcony
But hotel provide me deluxe room

When I say about him to my concern so rply me other room are occupied it's only room available

If king size rooms were not available then how do you provide booking option on the booking site This is a fraud, won't you pay for king room and give room deluxe?

Overall good place if you are only spending the night to sleep !
Pros:

Nearby Pacific Mall .. and other small departmental stores .. Zudio and Westside is also nearby !

Cons:

Had to call the reception for small things like toilet paper, water bottle, clean towels .. but the staff were very helpful and kind.

Probaly the best all in One Solutions with Sweetsshop and Restaurant from the same Franchise!
Pros:

The Owner is also the Sweetshop Owner, it is very nicely located. Food and Sweets always there, very good Quality of Service and Food. I came back 3 times. Will come back with friends and Family ^^ Cant go wrong. Even from US/EU very suitable, i am self from Germany ;)

Cons:

This the first time a hotel has said they didn't have coffee sachets, and a hair dryer.
Both these things are basic necessities every hotel should have.

Pros:

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am.We got to hotel super early and i didn't wanna wait.So this was a big plus.The service was exceptional as well.Would definitely send a friend there.
