Pros:

Хотелът е на удобно място, съвсем близо до центъра. Стаите, както и самия хотел са добре обзаведени.

Cons:

Стаята беше не добре почистена, при факта че имаше малко посетители- ъгълът до леглото беше посивял от прах, паяжина зад завесите, много прах по телевизора и мръсни прозорци. Понеже бяхме с малко дете, чиито тоалет извършваме към 21ч ИЗРИЧНО попитахме на рецепция до колко часа работи ресторанта. Отговориха ни - до 22ч. В 21:20 бяхме долу и всичко беше тъмно. Един сервитьор ни каза, че просто са ги пуснали. Така се наложи да обикаляме Дряново по късно, търсейки къде да хапнем. Още по-интересното беше, че като се върнахме хотела беше заключен (все пак след известно време ни видяха и отвориха). На закуска ни донесоха прибори, поставени в някаква красива, но мръсна кърпа от плат... външната врата на ресторанта ( от където единствено може да се мине с количката) беше затворена и с 300 зора проработи. В деня на напускане, предавайки картата на рецепция, казах на рецепционистката, че не сме очаровани от престоя, а тя най-незаинтересовано отвърна ДОБРЕ. Не бихме повторили.

Pros:

Добра закуска и добро местоположение.

Cons:

Студени банички и пържени филийки за мен са недопустими в хотел 4звезди! Бутилката с вода беше празна и след като помолих да заредят нова получих груб отговор от персонала. За СПА се плаща на ден по20лв.,но се оказа че трябва предварителна заявка за час поради пестене на ток!!! 4звезди?!- едва ли!

Pros:

The hotel proved to be perfect for me and my friends' needs, The rooms were clean, AC on and working, breakfast buffet alright, pool was a wet dream!
Nice people working there, all of them kind and most of them speaking English, easy going.

We also had lunch at the hotel's restaurant and it was delicious and A LOT.

Cons:

There's some construction site in the area, so it was kinda dusty outside, but that's not the fault of the hotel, just a temporary situation.

Опознай Дряново, намали стреса в ежедневието
Pros:

Персоналът-учтиви и любезни,винаги на разположение. Чисто и приятно. Закуската е добра. Местоположението беше подходящо за нас. Хареса ми, че спа-зоната е индивидуална ,а не обща.

Cons:

Има какво да се желае относно менюто за свободна консумация. Ценители сме на хубавата и вкусна храна.

Персоналът беше изключително приветлив и отзивчив!

Cons:

Написали са, че имат закрит басейн, а всъщност имат подвижна конструкция,която през не толкова тошли летни дни оставя басейна открит, а водата студена. Ние бяхме с малко дете и се надявахме, че дори да е лошо времето навън ще се къпе в закритият, но такъв реално няма....оправете си инфото!
