The owners were very kind and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there .
Pros:

I was going to a wedding and two other guests I didn’t know were staying at the pub and sharing a taxi with me the next day . Judy introduced me to them which was wonderful and we had a nice evening. Also Mark drove me to Exeter the next day because transport was non existent. That was so generous and I was really grateful.

Cons:

The structure of the building seemed almost ramshackle although inside was fine . With a lot of money spent on it could have been a stunning place .

Great location
Pros:

It was in a great location. Nice to have clean room and bathroom very clean too.

Cons:

Property is quite outdated and perhaps needs a little love.

I don’t think the breakfast was worth the money and everything seemed deep fried. Guess it just depends on whether you are happy with that type of breakfast.

Would definitely go back.
