Clean, no smell, very good bed.
The staff will make you pay +30% just for overstaying 45min after 12. Yes, 30%.
The water pressure is very low.
The curtains are not very strong so lot of sun in the morning, hard to sleep.

It was the only listing in town. Comfortable enough. A short walk to the border. This hotel was like you'd find in the soviet states; all glass and tiles with an enormous marble staircase.. Big empty and echoing spaces, it was like a film set, totally out of place in such a shabby town. Booked for one night but stayed two. Took a minibus, 3 hours, to Savannakhet.
No jug for hot water. Bottled water in the room ànd must be paid. No comfortable spaces beyond your room..
I decided to stay an extra few days - loved it!
I needed a room for the night. Got just a room, nothing special.
There is a disco below and it was so loud I could not sleep. Just as loud as being there. Disappointing no hot water maker in the room for coffee or tea. Bathroom was not very clean. No hot water for shower.
Only the bed is confortable
The toilet was really dirty, the receptionist very rude, not helpful, there was mosquitoes in the room.
Please refer to my previous review. I enjoyed my stay here in the past, and it was very enjoyable again. :)
The receptionist was very friendly & welcoming despite having limited English. The hotel took our motorbike into the hotel at night as per their safety policy which was very helpful.
Unfortunately we were overcharged for the room and informed that we had not made a booking via booking.com despite providing the booking reference number and screenshot of the booking confirmation. On check in we attempted to explain to the receptionist that we had tried to change our booking dates on booking.com twice but had no contact from the hotel, & perhaps this was why the booking was not coming up on their system. We were not given an option to choose a room and were given the most expensive ‘VIP’ room on check in. We were unaware of this until checking out however.
