We absolutely love this little hotel. It’s the second time we have been and this time it was even better with the new owners who had only taken it over for a week. They were so lovely and welcoming and made us feel so special . Can’t wait to go back as now it’s the only place I would like to stay, it feels like home ☺️
The location on one of the many beautiful streets of the old town was perfect. There were tables and chairs outside on the pavement which was a nice place to sit have a coffee and watch the world go by. There is also seating on the rooftop terrace which is a nice spot to rest in the evening sun.
The hotel decor is modern and all areas kept very clean on a daily basis.
The front desk staff, especially the incomparable Andrea, who bent over backwards to accommodate every request/difficulty. The location, which at first dismayed me, as I arrived in this street of restaurants on a sunny Saturday at lunchtime, and thought I'd landed in the very heart of this super-touristy town. (Actually, it's worse on the streets closer to the playa, where more of the bad restaurants are). Calle Caridad is surprisingly quiet at night, at least in the off-season. Also super clean and functional rooms.
Not much. As other reviews have noted, rooms rather small but to be expected in an older hotel. Lack of breakfast offset by excellent bakery-cafe right across the street open quite early. Soundproofing takes care of most outside noise but inside? Train more people not to have loud, extended conversations in hotel hallways? And why are hotels installing key-card systems that are designed to play a merry tune when unlocking the door? What idiot thought this was a good idea? Obviously not exclusive to this hotel though....

We loved The Old Town Boutique Hotel so much! The location was amazing! The room was extremely comfortable and clean and they even had squishy comfy bathrobes that is a big plus for me! The attention to detail was impressive, from the breakfast to the tips on restaurants list they leave in the room, everything was top notch! We loved it so much that we are going to stay there again later in our trip!
