Für den Preis ok. Frühstück gut. Duschwand defekt, nicht schliessbar. da Rezeption abends nicht besetzt, keine Reparatur möglich.

Perfekt für einen Besuch in Fellbach und Umgebung

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr gut. Unserem Wunsch am Sonntag noch zwei Personen zum Frühstück (12,50€/p.P.) einzuladen wurde direkt zugestimmt. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Es hatte alles was man so braucht, inklusive einem Kühlschrank. Das Bad bestand aus Dusche und WC und war ebenfalls sauber. Das Frühstück bot Brötchen und Brot,Wurstsorten und Käse, Tomate Mozzarella, Müsli, Früchte, gekochte Eier, Kaffee und Tee sowie diverse Säfte und Wasser….Auch hier war alles ordentlich und sauber und es wurde sofort nachgelegt/aufgefüllt. Gelegen ist das Kleine Ritz in einem Industriegebiet, was sehr gut zu erreichen ist und für uns perfekt war, um den großen Transporter über Nacht abstellen zu können. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist perfekt! Wer ein modernes Designhotel möchte oder noch mehr Auswahl am Frühstücksbüffet, der muss dann zwangsläufig auch mehr ausgeben.

Ein sehr schönes und sauberes kleines Hotel. Mit Preisen die es zulassen auch mal öfter hier zu verweilen. Nettes und freundliches Personal,mit Benachrichtigungen, E-Mail, das Sonntags nur bis 15 Uhr die Rezeption besetzt ist. Ein gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Einkaufs möglichkeiten, viele Restaurants. uvm
