Cons:

The hotel advertises that parking is available, but in reality, this refers to only three parking spaces directly in front of the building, which are usually occupied. The street outside the hotel is also constantly full of parked cars, making it very difficult to find a parking space nearby.

Another disappointing aspect was the view from the room. Instead of a pleasant view, the window overlooked a large parking area or car storage lot with hundreds of parked vehicles.

Pros:

The real big nice thing about the hotel is the buffet breakfast, a very large choice of items.
I was in a double room, quite a nice size. The bed is queen size, with a very good mattress. The pillows on the other hand are not that great.
The bathroom has been renovated and does the job very nicely.
The hotel is located in a relatively industrial neighbourhood, which is however pretty quiet. Better take the car though to go and eat downtown.

Cons:

There are a few points that would need improvement:
1) the rooms, although quite clean, look dated. Also the lighting in my room was very weak. The cold light from the bulbs did not help in getting a nice atmosphere.
2) the rooms are pretty hot. I ended up leaving the windonw open the whole day, but kept sweating at night.
3) the hotel advertises a free parking lot. This is true, but the number of spots is limited (theoretically) to 5. Beyond that, you have to find a spot in the neighbouring streets (fortunately, parking on these streets is still free of charge). There is no charging station at the hotel for EVs. The parking also has a garage, but it is limited to vehicles under 2 tons (again a no go for most EVs)
4) personnel at the welcome desk could be friendlier and more customer-focused. Being harshly reminded that the contact data was not shared before check-in is not a great way to start a stay in a hotel, let alone when it has 'Ritz' in its name.

Wir hatten eine komfortable Nacht und ein leckeres Frühstück
Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem und es gab einen Aufzug.

Cons:

Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer war recht dunkel und im Bad hat mir ein Schminkspiegel gefehlt

Kostengünstige, ordentliche Alternative für überteuerte Stuttgarter Hotels
Pros:

Das Kleine Ritz ist ein ordentliches, im guten Sinn altmodisches Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, das Frühstück absolut in Ordnung. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Man ist zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten am Bahnhof Fellbach, dort fahren zwei S-Bahnen etwa alle zehn Minuten. In einer Viertelstunde ist man dann in der Stuttgarter City.

Cons:

Die Lage am Rande des Industriegebiets ist nicht schön, aber man befindet sich ja meist nur zum Schlafen im Hotel.
