Beautiful property and wonderful host.
Pros:

Maria was an excellent host. She made us feel very welcome and cooked a wonderful breakfast. The rooms and the entire property were beautifully decorated to a very high standard.

Highly-recommended boutique accommodation
Pros:

The location is perfect, only metres from the small historic centre of Formello. The room we had was very large, decorated in a lovely way and very comfortable.
Breakfast was delicious, set out out in the rooftop room with glorious views.

Cons:

There was nothing to be critical of here. Even in the off-season, with just two rooms occupied, the host was friendly. attentive and took no shortcuts on facilities or food.

Come a casa, ma con più coccole.
Pros:

Quando si arriva in questo relais curatissimo, si ha da subito la sensazione di essere arrivati a casa: l'accoglienza è calorosa ma discreta, gli spazi comuni sono curati e caldi (non per dire, il pianoforte accanto al camino è una chicca) e la padrona di casa è capace di metterti subito a tuo agio con un mix di attenzione e discrezione unico.
La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato era pulitissima, enorme, con bellissimi dettagli e il soffitto con le travi in legno a vista che ci ha conquistati.
La colazione era abbondante e con prodotti ottimi, dalla frutta fresca alle uova cucinate al momento, in una sala con una vista invidiabile sui tetti di Formello.
Insomma, assolutamente tutto da ripetere!

Cons:

L'unico quasi trascurabile punto meno positivo è dato dalla presenza dei salumi confezionati alla colazione, ma è davvero un modo per cercare il pelo nell'uovo che nulla toglie al soggiorno.
