Le personnel de l’accueil est gentil et souriant, et fait de son mieux malgré la situation.
Pour le reste, même à 22 € la nuit pour deux bungalows, c’est beaucoup trop cher au vu des prestations et de l’état général de l’établissement.

Cons:

Nous avons été très déçus par ce séjour.
Notre chambre ne disposait ni d’eau chaude, ni de miroir, ni de wifi, ni de produits de toilette, et aucune moustiquaire n’était installée, alors qu’elle était pourtant annoncée. Résultat : nous nous sommes fait piquer toute la nuit.
Le deuxième jour, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre afin d’avoir un logement fonctionnel. L’accueil a contacté le propriétaire, qui a proposé d’autres chambres… mais à un tarif plus élevé. Il est incompréhensible de devoir payer davantage pour des prestations déjà incluses et non fournies initialement.
L’établissement semble malheureusement laissé à l’abandon :
wifi en panne depuis six mois
absence d’eau chaude
aucune moustiquaire
pas de poubelle dans la chambre
aucun équipement pour accrocher ses affaires dans la salle de bain
aucun produit de toilette malgré ce qui est indiqué dans l’annonce
C’est inacceptable pour un hébergement accueillant des voyageurs.
Le personnel, en revanche, fait de son mieux avec le sourire, mais on ressent clairement leur impuissance face à la situation. La seule étoile attribuée est pour eux.
Nous avions réservé malgré certains avis négatifs en pensant que cela restait subjectif. Malheureusement, notre expérience confirme ces commentaires.
👉 Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement tant que les réparations et mises en conformité n’auront pas été réalisées.
Et pourtant, je laisse rarement des avis négatifs.

Signed up for ocean view, but all ocean view blocked by pool fence. If ocean view is important to you, there are better options

Pros:

Staff were very helpful. Property was old but clean, great location for snorkling with turtles and very handy full shade shelter right on the seafront.

Basic accomodation in a great Locstion. Great staff and atmosphere.
Pros:

Basic rooms. Great breakfast. Snorkelling with turtles right out the front everyday. Stayed an extra day than planned. Didn’t want to leave.

Si vous recherchez un pseudo "hôtel", c'est l'endroit.
Pros:

Hormis la proximité avec le turtle point, vraiment pas grand chose, photos peu réalistes.

Cons:

L'hôtel vous partage la vue sur leurs poubelles et leurs débarras juste à côté de la piscine, une poubelle à ciel ouvert ; je n'osais voir l'état de leur cuisine où sont réalisés les petits déjeuner... la piscine n'est pas finie, on aperçoit encore les briques sans finition par du ciment par exemple et n'est jamais nettoyée. Dans la chambre : pas d'eau chaude, pas de moustiquaire, climatisation bruyante, pas de ménage,... Tout comme certains clients, je suis partie avant la fin de ma réservation, quitte à ne pas me faire rembourser mes nuitées.
