Pros:

Solo tiene excepcional la ubicacion.
Ideal para el amanecer y atardecer, y buceo con tortugas. Muy tranquilo.

Cons:

No tiene nada que ver la descripcion y fotos de booking con la realidad.
Hay problemas a diario con el agua, la luz, etc...
Toallas y papel higienico a cuenta-gotas, siempre pidiendo, no reponen nada.
No hemos tenido ni armario de ropa, ni nevera, ni cama para los cuatro (la pedimos con antelacion y nos confirmaron que si).
En 13 dias ha sido imposible gestionar nada con ellos.

Biggest letdown of my holiday
Pros:

Good location if you want to be able to walk to the turtle snorkel spots and feel like a proper tourist. Staff friendly but careless.

Cons:

Overpriced, dirty, no mosquito nets, doors not sealing, construction noise right behind the villa until late at night. No running water for days. No wifi in rooms. Very average breakfast. Pool water full of chemicals. One towel and for two guests. No fridge. Save yourself the money.

Pros:

Hvis du er til et ny renoveret hotel med varmt vand i bruseren, skal du ikke vælge Gusung Indah, MEN hvis du er til at snorkle direkte fra stranden med havskildpadder og det fineste rev, et lille rustikt hotel med dejlig morgenmad og et smilende og meget hjælpsomt personale er stedet det helt rigtige!

helaas was de bungalow vervallen, onvoldoende schoon gemaakt en vol met kieren, waar muggen doorheen kwamen. Wij zijn direct weer weggegaan nadat we een ander hotel hebben geboekt.

The stay with great location and friendly with excellent breakfast

The breakfast was great, really added value, fresh juice tea and coffee and omelette with fresh fruits was excellent

Cons:

The room could have had a closet with hangers for clothes and fridge. There was no hot water shower even when it was in the description. The duvet did not have any cover and there was no top sheet either, blanket had not been washed between different guests.

Tivemos uma experiência desagradável durante nossa estadia. Em nossa última noite, uma quantia em dinheiro que estava guardada no quarto desapareceu após o quarto ter sido deixado aberto por um curto período. Não sabemos exatamente o que aconteceu e não queremos acusar ninguém sem provas, mas a situação nos deixou bastante desconfortáveis.

Além disso, a estrutura e a limpeza do local deixaram a desejar. Encontramos toalhas sujas, muitos mosquitos e até baratas no quarto. O banheiro era bastante simples, tivemos problemas com falta de água para banho, ausência de água quente e também não havia água filtrada disponível.

O atendimento dos funcionários foi educado, mas percebemos falta de organização em vários momentos, com pedidos e informações sendo esquecidos com frequência.

O lugar tem potencial pela localização e proposta, mas recomendamos bastante atenção com objetos de valor e acreditamos que a hospedagem poderia melhorar bastante em questões básicas de conforto, limpeza e manutenção.
