l after reaching that hotel didn't charge via app and made seperate billing also asked me to cancel the booking on the app, I want to raise a complaint on this.
The breakfast was of the normal level. The staff was curteous.
The only saving grace was the staff but what can they do when the infrastructure lacks the resources.
I was looking for a hotel in the Gomti Nagar area which had a user rating of 8+ in a reasonable price range . Booking.com website provided this hotel meeting the criteria. Photos looked good and not being very familiar with Lucknow and the price range, I booked this hotel for a price which was well below the price range. I have booked Fab hotel in Allahabad in the lower price range and they were OK. However, Global Inn was a a total disappointment from the point of view of its location, cleanliness of its bathroom, sheets and towel. The bathroom had mold growing in the tiles.

Location of the hotel was okay but it was difficult to locate it.
We could not call the hotel number as the can driver wanted to know the route and reception number was not available.
We booked a deluxe room and it wasn’t deluxe from any point of view.The faucet in the washroom was leaking
