Pros:

Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is not that great.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit old. Maybe we were staying out of .ain season but breakfast was not as ypu expect in 4* hotel.

Nice Stay in the centre of Bugojno
Pros:

it was a nice stay in a centre of town, breakfast and rooms were nice.

Cons:

The hotel has a strange rule of signing some sort of special agreement in view of sanctioning for possible damages or smoking in rooms, which seems quite rigid. Also, they keep remote control devices for air conditioner at the reception, instead in room so one has to go to ask it and although it was end of April and beginning of May it was very cold in Bugojno.

Der Aufenthalt im hotel Villa Grande war ein ausgezeichnetes erlebnis. Das hotel bietet eine tiefgarage, was besonders an wintertagen ein großer vorteil ist. Die zimmer sind sauber, modern und dank der guten klimaanlagenheizung sehr warm, was den komfort zusätzlich erhöht. Das personal ist freundlich und die gesamte atmosphäre vermittelt qualität und gemütlichkeit.

Cisto, uredno, ljubazno osoblje.
Dorucak odličan.
Besplatan podzemni parking za motor, u strogom centru grada gdje je sve na dohvat ruke.
Ponovo se vracamo dogodine.

Pros:

Bivanje je bilo izjemno prijetno in vse je bilo na visoki ravni. Posebej bi izpostavil garažo, saj sem prišel z motorjem – prostor je varen, prostoren in lahko dostopen, kar mi je bilo zelo pomembno. Počutil sem se brez skrbi, saj sem vedel, da je motor na varnem. Toplo priporočam nastanitev, še posebej gostom, ki prihajajo z motorjem.
