Horrible and disgusting. Not recommended for anyone.
Pros:

There was nothing to like. The pictures are not justified which are shown on net

Cons:

The staff was rude.
No elevator
Hotel is on 2nd floor
Carrying heavy luggage was a task
Very bad for old people
The AC wasnot working
The room was dirty
Bathroom was dirty, wet and stinky
No toileteries
The towels were horrible
The bed was uncomfortable
No facility in room or in hotel for tea or food. So very inconvenient for people with medical issues if they need anything to eat or drink
No drinking water was given or was available. Had to buy from shop
Soap was given on request
Very noisy room
The windows are not sound proof
Couldnot sleep
Filthy place
Outside the room a bunch of boys keep sitting in the reception so its very uncomfortable for girls to cone out although they dont say anything but the resting place for staff should not be the reception
Fell ill due to heat in room as ac wasnot working

Pros:

I advise people
Not to stay here at all. This is probably the most dirtiest place ever! They need to do better! Or close this place. This place is going to get people sick! Manager is so rude and need a better management! The government need to shut this place down it’s that bad!

While booking it was mentioned breakfast is included but booking forwarded wasn't breakfast included. I have overcharged where the property terrif was half what was paid by me. Service provide has fooled us.

Good place for city stay
Pros:

Great Service and cozy rooms, with very helpful and friendly staffs for everything, Easy access to Kamakhya temple and other local activities, Traditional platter was really delicious the hotel is Near to Airport and Railway station with few kms drive, can suggest this place which is even good budget wise.

Pros:

The room was good and the staff was also good.

Cons:

Only veg meals was available. There were no food options. No tea in the room so the morning tea was also heavily charged. There were Frequent power cuts due to which AC did not work when the room was on UPS.
The hotel is located at in a very narrow and heavily crowded road.
