If you are nature lovers like us, this place is a dream come true 🌿✨

We stayed 5 nights at sky forest and had an amazing experience. The host provided delicious meals (we had dinner and breakfast there everyday) and he helped us plan and organise our day trips and travel.

We didnt stay in the treehouse, but we had a huge room with a lovely bathroom in a cosy cabin. We really felt at home ☺️

Si lo que buscas es tranquilidad y naturaleza, este es el lugar perfecto. El alojamiento está rodeado de selva, pero una valla eléctrica impide que puedan entrar animales.
Las casitas son amplias, con varios ventanales grandes desde los que solo ves naturaleza. No te esperes lujos, todo es muy sencillo, pero eso es lo que le da el encanto.
El aire acondicionado y el ventilador de techo funcionan muy bien y la nevera en la habitación es muy práctica para tener bebidas frescas a mano.
Duminde estuvo muy atento durante toda nuestra estancia, preparándonos desayunos abundantes y variados, consiguiéndonos una scooter y organizándonos tours por la zona.

Place - Calm and quiet place. Border of jungle. Near elephant fence. Nice place.
Room - Comfortable / Clean / Nice view / Bathroom clean / Ac work perfect and everything was nicely arranged.
Environment - Full of trees / Cold / Very quiet place.
Breakfast - Tasty / Value for money.
Host - A really nice person / Very friendly / He is taking care of everything very responsibly / again he is very friendly nice guy. Special thanks to him.
Recommendation - I recommend this place 100% to everyone. Really nice place.
Note - There some insects inside the room , but near the jungle you have to experience those things. Its not a big thing. A very nice place . 100% recommended.

I really loved this place. It was wonderful being nestled in the peace of nature next to the forest and surrounded by tranquility. My cabin was on a raised platform with a verandah overlooking the forest, and the room was really comfortable - I slept so well. The host was wonderfully kind and welcoming, and altogether the stay felt like a total treat. I would love to visit again someday.

We are a group of 5 catalans who stayed in two accommodations, one of which was up in a tree.

The experience has been fabulous, perhaps the best lodging in Sri Lanka.

Both houses were super clean, humble but very beautiful ✨

The surroundings were wild, and all you could hear were birds. We saw several animals.

The gentleman was always super attentive in every way. He prepared some amazing lunches for us and even better dinners. The owner cooked for us on the spot, and honestly, a 10!! It was delicious (one of the best places we’ve tried), tailored to our taste (in our case, without spice), and featuring typical local dishes.

Plus, the price was always very fair; at no point did we feel overcharged (there are many places that jack up prices when you’re a tourist).

A must-stay accommodation if you’re in the area!!

Sky Forest
Lovely hotel in the forest, away from the noise of the highway. We had a lovely big room on stilts, overlooking the forest. Lots of birds, lots of privacy, super balcony to watch nature passing by.
People are friendly, helpful and speak good English. The help in any way they can and organize walks in the vicinity. Meals are excellent.

We spent 2 weeks traveling around Sri Lanka and this was our favorite place to stay. It was an incredible room with high ceilings, AC, ceiling fan, clean bathroom, great location, amazing food, and an amazing host. We were able to do our laundry there as well. The location was perfect for safaris as well as Sigiriya Rock and Dambulla. Did I mention how great the food was? Don't hesitate to stay here. It's a special place.

It was a great experience at Sky forest. Loved everything about the stay. It's amazing how the architecture of the cabanas and tree house blends with nature seamlessly.
The caretaker is friendly and professional. Attentive to our needs immediately. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Clean and spacious washroom. The food was great.

Our recent stay at Sky Forest Habarana was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived until the day we reluctantly checked out, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquility and beauty that left us in awe.

Surrounded by lush greenery and the soothing sounds of birdsong, we felt a world away from the stresses of daily life while still being close to the region's top attractions.

The staff at Sky Forest are exceptional in every way. Their genuine warmth and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident throughout our stay. A special shout-out to Mr : " Duminda" at the front desk, who made sure all our needs were met promptly and with a smile. The entire team deserves praise for their professionalism and hospitality.

The resort's restaurant is a culinary delight. Every meal was a feast for the senses. From traditional Sri Lankan dishes bursting with flavor to international options prepared to perfection, the dining experience here is one to remember. The chef's talent truly shines.
