I would have no problem staying here again, even given it’s limitations.
Pros:

The location was fantastic. The parking was great, once you found the rear entrance on Eichornstrasse. The breakfast was fantastic. It was very quiet. The Wi-Fi.

Cons:

As a budget hotel, the rooms in the Bettenhaus were small and very austere. The shower controls were a mystery and I had not seen ones like them before. You set the temperature and then hit the big knob with your palm (I mean HIT as in an ‚open palm’ strike in martial arts); the water will flow for about 20 seconds.Note that as in olden days, washclothes are NOT provided.

Für wenig Anspruch einer Übernachtung, kann man hier Stopp machen.
Pros:

Sehr zentral und ruhig gelegen. Sauber und freundliches Personal, Parkplatz anliegend,

Cons:

Leider sind die Betten hart und schmal und die Dusche ist wie in einen Schwimmbad und geht nach kurzer Zeit wieder aus. Kein angenehmes duschen.

Pros:

Etwas außerhalb der Stadt aber nur 5 Min Fußweg zur Trambahn und dann 10 Min ins Zentrum. Sehr ruhig im Grünen in einem großen Garten. Sehr gutes und günstiges Frühstück. Wunderschönes Haupthaus.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung der Zimmer hat 'Jugendherbergs- Charakter' , aber dafür sehr günstig und es fehlt nichts.

Pros:

Приветливый персонал, красивое место, интересный замок, зелёная зона.

Cons:

Главный недостаток - сильный запах канализации из унитаза утром. Пришлось проветривать весь номер, но бесполезно. Вода из душа разливается по всей ванной комнате, которая совмещена с туалетом - после купания двоих человек в туалете просто огромная лужа на полу.

Всё остальное можно выдержать )))

Завтрак был весьма скромный.

Das Personal ist sehr herzlich gewesen standen immer hilfreich in jeder Situation zur Seite .Es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen vom ersten Tag an .Auch das Frühstück was angeboten wurde ist sehr ausreichend gewesen .Kann man wirklich weiter empfehlen.

Cons:

Die Außenanlage ist nicht ganz so einladend da müsste wirklich auchmal etwas gemacht werden damit die Villa noch besser zur Geltung kommt. Sieht von außen ganz schön runter gekommen aus .

Pros:

Die Vermieterin hat dafür gesorg, dass ich auch 1std. nach dem check in noch in mein Zimmer kam, da sie mein Schlüssel deponiert hat.

Cons:

Kein verschließbaren Raum/Garage für mein ebike. Habe es unter der Treppe an einem Geländer verschließen können, so stand es zwar draußen, aber trocken.
