Great staff and atmosphere
Bed was a bit lumpy in pkaces
Location. Breakfast was superb. Room was nicely decorated
Booked superior double with city view, room was not ver big. View was a slate roof of adjacent building. Suitcase would not fit in wardrobe as quilt was stored in it. Big mirror in entrance but if you wanted to use it to dry hair, no socket was near enough to use
Perfect location within walking distance to shops/ Restaurants.
Had a full English for Breakfast, unfortunately it was overcooked, or cooked in advance and sat under heat lamp as it was all very dry.
Unfortunately Breakfast for us was disappointing.
Maybe we chose wrong.

No air-conditioning in the heat wave. Breakfast starts at 7.30am, that could be on the late side if you are staying for business.
Both are small inconveniences at best but good to know.
Staff were nice and helpful. Outside space was good. Nicely decorated bedoom.
Ground floor room looked onto a fence. Room was small and needed some tlc especially in the bathroom which had chipped paint and marks on the wall. Breakfast was ok although a little cold and overcooked.
