Exceptional
Pros:

The manager Daljeet was very professional and kind and he made our stay very comfortable. I was traveling with my sister so we were concerned about safety for female travelers however Daljeet ensured a safe and comfortable stay for us. Thank you 🙏🏼

Cons:

The mattress were too soft, the power would go out at night for few hours otherwise a lovely stay

Nice rooms, but given the cost, I wouldn't recommend it.
Pros:

The owner is lovely, sweet and very helpful. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable (especially the bed). Not as noisy as I expected, given the location.

Cons:

To start with, the fact that the property advertises having parking. It doesn't one has to park the car in a public ground which is at least 300 meteres from the property. The value for money is outrageous, it is priced too high, considering the rooms don't have a view or any perks other than being comfortable. I have stayed in rooms in Delhi which are almost identical in what they offer at half the price of this property.

Cons:

We had a CONFIRMED booking and it also said we can only pay by cash at the property. When we reached they said our booking wasn't confirmed and they were fully booked. They did not even assist with finding an alternative at some other hotel. In the end we had to stay far outside the city and as we had only one full day that was not very convenient.
