Amazing hotel and great location
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location with cosy rooms, well equipped with thoughtful touches. Very traditional in keeping with surroundings but rooms still felt modern and elegant. The cute little welcome hamper and decanter of sweet liquor was a lovely addition.

Cons:

Thought the breakfast would have had more a hotel buffet vibe but it was just one option off the menu. Very nice all the same so no complaints.

Pros:

I made a mistake with my booking and the staff were great. I really enjoy staying at this Hotel while im in Hereford. I wouldn't stay anywhere else .

A thoroughly enjoyable overnight stay in Hereford. Castle House Hotel is to be recommended.
Pros:

Friendly staff, lovely room and delicious breakfast.

Cons:

The grass being mown when eating breakfast outside and a rogue seagull eating the remains of breakfast on tables that should have been cleared.

Pros:

Friendly, helpful welcome from reception, car parking was possible (although limited), excellent breakfast served in a bright conservatory overlooking the river.

Cons:

Small car park, we were unsure if we would be able to park on arrival, we were very pleased that we did get a space!

Very disappointing.
Pros:

The hotel itself was lovely , however we were put in the townhouse down the road which was not a patch on the hotel . I felt £170 for what we stayed in was a rip off !

Cons:

I had booked it for my partner as a Valentines present . The room / building was so disappointing. Had I known that was where we were staying I would never have booked it .
