Room itself was quiet.

Cons:

Very overpriced for what we got. Extremely tired ‘suite’ with mould in corners of the bathroom, torn and dirty carpet, ripped wallpaper. Just a real let down for £280 for the night! The thimble of negroni we had was £15 in an empty and cold bar at 9pm on a Saturday evening. Again; the area we sat in was very tired with holes in the carpet, stains and just a real lack of care taken about its appearance.

Lovely hotel, will definitely stay again if in Hereford
Pros:

The room although quite small had everything you could possibly want, the usual amenities including robes, plus a snack basket and quality Loccitane toiletries.
The breakfast was amazing with quality ingredients

Cons:

We would have preferred a larger room and bigger bed

Short, but packed with things to do, the location was great for this.
Pros:

The range of breakfast options was very good, a good selection. The 'Full Hereford' set you up well for the day. The room was very well equipped, with everything you might need. We particularly appreciated the fridge.

Cons:

Being in a separate block from the hotel, did make you feel slightly isolated, and not actually staying in the hotel, but the room was very good.

Excellent accommodation in an excellent location in beautiful Hereford. Highly recommended!
Pros:

Excellent location, excellent stuff, excellent breakfast, excellent scenery by the river, super clean.

Cons:

Rooms not so spacious. Also there was a disturbing sound in my room but the stuff was more than helpful and accommodated me in another room (actually the suite) without additional charge. Much appreciated that.

Pros:

Lovely staff. Great location just around the corner from Hereford Cathedral. Very pleasant modern lounge extension with lovely garden overlooking water.

Cons:

Room was exactly as specified but teeny tiny and not cheap (£177.00- although that did include a delicious breakfast). I’m sure the more expensive rooms would have been lovely as our room was nicely decorated and very clean but you would then be getting into more than we wanted to spend.
