Excellent place to stay near Aksaray
Pros:

Excellent hotel to stay near Aksaray. Otogar is maximum 30' by foot+Metro. Hotel is clean, you will find everything you need in the room, and staff is kind and helpful. We will return at the hotel in the future.

ACCOGLIENZA ZERO.Non mi è piaciuto niente di questo (hotel). Tutto era molto piccolo, Pulizia zero gli asciugamani avevano un brutto odore 😱il ragazzo alla reception è stato molto maleducato, II balcone non è presente nella camera, contrariamente a quanto indicato nella descrizione. Nessuno scaldabagno. Non Ampio spazio per riporre i vestiti. la signora della pulizia dal primo giorno che ci ha visti non ha salutato e ci ha guardato malissimo senza motivo.😳Wi-Fi il primo giorno funzionava e poi si è interrotto quando abbiamo chiesto ci ha risposto Wi-Fi problem!!!!!.i letti erano tutti quasi attaccati,non c’erano i tapparelle solo le tende ma non potevamo aprirle perché ti vedono tutti i vicini davanti,la camera piccola l’unico spazio era tra l’ultimo letto e il bagno,mi hanno fatto storie perché la mia bambina di due anni ha sporcato le lenzuola , Addirittura non salutavano🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️è terribile non ce professionalità.

Доброжелательный персонал, в номере Делюкс не было холодильника, стаканов, чашек, чайника, по нашей просьбе принесли холодильник и стаканы, постельное белье чистое, кровати удобные, останавливались на одну ночь между перелетами, приоритет- близость отеля к автобусной остановке в Аэропорт (из отеля до автобуса идти 4 минуты)

Прекрасный вариант на 2-3 дня для короткой поездки
Pros:

Удобное месторасположение, до метро несколько минут, так же близко большой ТЦ. Чисто, приятный запах в номере, хорошая шумоизоляция от улицы (качественные окна). Чудесный приветливый персонал

Thank you to the entire hotel team for the excellent service and warm hospitality. I would especially like to thank the reception staff for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help at any time. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and throughout my stay I felt truly welcomed and cared for. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to staying here again in the future.
