It was lovely a hotel for my family and Hotel is shops and restaurant my room was very cold on the centre town. Thank you so much for help. I need all the time from the person. Hotel was very lonely and always helpful. I just recommend highly.
I didn’t like to leave Hotel and go back home😅😅
I booked it for 4 nights but i left in the middle.though i was near to grand bazar and other historic places but to be honest i dont like the washroom the shower was broken and smell in the room was disguisting.
I asked for the refund on first day after i saw my room but they said its not possible though there was an option of refund in booking.com
Staff are very helpful, speak very good English. The furniture are very new. Very clean room always. Very close to Yenkapi metro station. Very good location, surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, shops etc.

It's a really nice hotel in the heart of Istanbul, everything was pretty close, the hotel was clean and the hotel staff was very nice and welcoming, especially Riyadh. It's a cheap and comfortable place to stay in Istanbul
The area was a bit noisiy, especially in the morning and evening.
Every night there was noise from the room next door.
Very well located, so it's a good starting point to discover the city, breakfast was good too. Selahattin was the best. Recommended place to stay.

Good location - very close to the center, normal breakfast thought sometimes heated from yesterday.
The stuff was assuring me that COCKROACHES in the room is OKAY, room was very dirty, construction works right under your window. When I saw the insects, I was trying to get the payment for the rest of the stay (not the refund but money for the last 2 days) - they refused due to the booking policy.
I liked the warm welcoming and the helpful staff the most. Riad the reception guy was so generous and kind.

Very friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff (Mr. Tekin, Reşat, Riyad, Lara...). The location is in proximity to a central metro station, supermarkets, restaurants, and tramway station. The breakfast was decent.
The internet can sometimes get laggy.
We spent a weekend in Istanbul, decided not to spend much on accommodation. The hotel is located within walking distance of the metro, which was important for us to move comfortably. We booked a room, but upon arrival the room was upgraded to a family room at the same price, although we did not ask for it.
