Nothing. Unfortunately, there was nothing positive worth mentioning about this property.
There is no reception at all and no staff available to assist guests. There are no services provided whatsoever. No elevator in the building, which made carrying luggage extremely difficult and exhausting. The place feels unmanaged and poorly organized, and the overall experience was very disappointing.

La camera non era quella della foto, non tanto pulito, la camera fatta dopo dieci giorni. Ma ci ritornerei comunque per la posizione, c'è tutto quello che serve,mezzi pubblici, supermercati, locali.
The bed was comfortable.
Very good location.
The bathroom was dirty, specially in the shower area. The tiles and the grout was full of mould.
The whole suite was smelling cigarette.
There was a laundry machine, however there was no place to hang up the clothes.

Location was perfect to me, the room is spacious and unique. And the windows could be opened fully ♥️
Die Lage war wirklich top – zentral und gut erreichbar. Auch das Zimmer selbst war groß, genauso wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Leider war die Sauberkeit, wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, mangelhaft. Es war deutlich zu erkennen, dass das Zimmer nicht gründlich gereinigt wurde.
Leider wurde in unserem Zimmer geraucht, und der Geruch war so stark, dass es kaum möglich war, dort zu schlafen. Auf unsere Beschwerde hin wurde leider nichts unternommen. Positiv war, dass zusätzliche Handtücher und Toilettenpapier auf Anfrage sofort gebracht wurden.
Ein weiterer negativer Punkt: Auf der schmalen Treppe im ersten Stock wurden große Säcke mit Handtüchern gelagert, wodurch der Durchgang sehr eng war – nicht ideal und potenziell gefährlich.
Insgesamt ist das Hotel für den günstigen Preis in Ordnung, aber man sollte keine hohen Erwartungen haben, besonders was Sauberkeit und Komfort betrifft.

Великолепный чистый и уютный номер. Без лишних неприятных запахов. Чисто и аккуратно. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Хорошее расположение. Нам очень понравилось. За свои деньги великолепно. Мне есть с чем сравнивать. Рекомендуем.
The location is perfect. Very near to any of the tourist areas and bus station.

We arrived at the hotel and were immediately shocked. The entrance stairs were filthy, and things only got worse from there. As soon as we opened the door to our room, we were hit by a terrible smell. The towels were dirty, the bed was full of hair and the bathroom was disgusting, it smelled awful and was clearly not cleaned. There was mold all over the shower.
The hotel claimed to offer free Wi-Fi, but we didn’t receive access until we specifically asked for it. Even then, we had to wait for them to respond, and in the meantime, I had to use my own mobile data, which is extremely expensive in Turkey, just to find another place to stay.
I had booked three nights, but the room was in such a horrible state that I didn’t even stay one night. I had to book another hotel for all three nights, we simply couldn’t stay there. Honestly, no one should.
I like the location so why stayed second time.
Cleaning is always a problem..i thought after ny stay in may and many people complaining about cleaning, something will be changed, but obviously not…
Pity; cause apartment and location are great.
