La posizione e' perfetta, molto pulito, il personale molto carino (quasi tutto)buon cibo

Cons:

Qualche piccolo problema non risolto, (la luce nella camera delle nostre amiche ogni tanto si spegneva e ripartiva dopo qualche minuto, segnalato ma mai risolto, la nostra portafinestra aveva difficolta' ad aprirsi )

Fantastic stay in Istanbul
Pros:

The location was simply perfect, great location, fantastic roof top terrace with beautiful views. The staff were so helpful, very accommodating. Would definitely recommend & would stay here again if coming to Istanbul.

Необходимо было выделить нам другой номер рядом, который на момент нашего вселения пустовал, а не гнаться за заработком

Красивый вид на Мраморное море. Расположение в 10 минутах ходьбы с историческим центром.

Cons:

Почти всё время нашего пребывания (4дня) шло строительство пожарной лестницы рядом с нашим балконом. Мастера ходили туда-сюда через наш номер в наше отсутствие. Балконом пользоваться не могли. Там лежали инструменты и металл для лестницы. Было очень пыльно в номере, уборщица даже не вытирала пыль, хотя велись работы. Никто не извинился и не компенсировал неудобства.

It was a good and pleasurable stay
Pros:

The hotel is located very near some of the attractions in sultanahmet, near the tram and a lot of restaurants. The only setback was that most of the establishment near the area is a but pricy - probably because it is a "tourist" area. Nonetheless it was a good place, be ready to walk uphill lol coz the roads to the attractions and the tram has a lot of uphill / downhill walking (around 10-15 mins max). The staff in the hotel are very friendly, there was this young lady, not sure if I remember the name right, Laura / Lara who is always smiling to greet the guest. My sister enjoyed the breakfast and the view from the restaurant at the top floor. :)

Un séjour des plus pratiques
Pros:

La localisation était juste parfaite, dans une rue centrale, avec tout à proximité.
Et le personnel de l’établissement était juste incroyablement gentil et professionnel.

Отличное расположение в старом городе рядом с основными достопримечательностями, многочисленные кафе, магазины, рынок. Недалеко остановка трамвая, самого удобного в городе средства передвижения. Недалеко от отеля около площади Султанахмет конечная остановка автобуса-экспресса из/в аэропорт IST, удобно, быстро и дешево добираться, т.к. трансфер и такси дорогие. Персонал отеля приветливый и дружелюбный, практически не говорит на русском, но знают отдельные фразы, поэтому английский или переводчики, только одна горничная Фариза на 2 этаже говорит на чистом русском. Завтраки (шведский стол) неплохие, но мало горячих мясных блюд. Очень вкусные пончики. Площадь номеров небольшая, тесновато. Есть несколько ТВ-каналов на русском. Соотношение цена/качество у отеля приемлемые. Цены в старом городе высокие, туристические. Кругом узкие мощеные красивые улочки, по которым приятно побродить.

La ubicación es genial, cerca de todo. Las instalaciones son un poco anticuadas. La zona de desayuno muy bonito.

Cons:

Tener que subir 2 pisos, no tiene ascensor.
La tina muy alta para subirse era muy pesado.

Pros:

We liked view from our room, it was beautiful! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

Their breakfast options were kinda bland. They don’t have an elevator (after exploring the city all day..it’s hard going up those stairs).

Il punto forte dell'hotel è sicuramente la posizione alla quale darei 10, il resto lascia un po a desiderare, camere un po datate, specialmente i bagni. La colazione un po misera, poca scelta di prodotti dolci, qualcosina in più sul salato. Alla fine non è male, considerando il rapporto qualità prezzo, l'importante è non aspettarsi uno standard da quattro stelle, perché non lo è.

Cons:

Ho specificato più volte che volevamo due letti separati, mi hanno risposto di sì e poi al nostro arrivo ci siamo trovate il letto matrimoniale. La mia amica ha dormito due notti sulla chaise longue, il terzo giorno finalmente ci hanno cambiato la camera. Abbiamo avuto anche altri piccoli disagi, ma tutto gestibile.
