Un grand merci à Erdoğan de la réception qui a été très serviable et très arrangeant. Il a très vite su répondre à nos besoins.
Un grand merci également à Abdoulhay qui a été très sympa, polyvalent et opérationnel.
Heureusement qu’ils ont été là pour nous mettre à l’aise.

الخدمات في الغرفه ضعيفه جدا فمثلا علي سبيل المثال الماء لايتوفر سوي كوب صغير اللي هو تقريبا ١٦٠ ملم للشخص الواحد بحسب عدد النزلاء اما بالنسبه للقهوه لا تتوفر مايتوفر هو الشاي فقط لاتوجد في الغرفه سله نفايات تتوفر سله صغيره جدا في الحمام فقط ومستوي النظافه ضعيف جدا

The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The location is perfect for visiting the famous landmarks of Istanbul.

Otelin merkezi konumu, temiz ve konforlu odaları gerçekten çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı çeşitleri yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Ancak konaklamamızı özel kılan en önemli şey kesinlikle personelin ilgisi ve güler yüzü oldu. Özellikle Erdoğan Bey olağanüstü bir misafirperverlik gösterdi, her detayıyla ilgilendi, her zaman çözüm odaklı ve son derece nazikti. Onun sayesinde kendimizi bir müşteri gibi değil, özel bir misafir gibi hissettik. Bünyamin Bey de aynı şekilde mükemmel bir profesyonellik sergiledi, güler yüzü, enerjisi ve yardımlarıyla tatilimizi unutulmaz kıldı. Her ikisinin de ilgisi ve samimiyeti otelin kalitesini çok daha yukarı taşıyor.

Hotellet ligger perfekt i centrum af alle seværdighederne. Restauranter, apotek, frisør, metro og butikker ligger lige udenfor døren.
Rengørring kommer hver dag.

Morgenmads buffet samt det bedste serviceminded og glade personale.

Jeg kommer helt sikkert retur endnu en gang :)

Location is the only good thing about this hotel

Rooms are too small, very old furniture, poor quality bed sheets, poor quality towels, too small bathroom, no standard for the refill or replace means sometimes they put 2 towels sometimes 3, No cafe at all, breakfast is poor the cafe and juice served very bad, the taste like water with cafe taste and water with juice taste. Not recommend at all
