Pros:

The property was ok. The first room allocated had issues with the bathroom so requested to change the room. It took a few hours to relocate to another room. The reception staff didn’t seem too happy.

Cons:

The rooms allocated had a few things broken. There was a stale smell in the corridors. The property could do with some updating

GOOD PLACE TO STAY . RESTAURANT FOOD WAS REALLY GOOD. THE OVERALL IS GOOD.

THEY HAVE LARGE PREMISES INCLUDING A MALL, THEATER, HOTEL, RESTAURANT ETC. BUT SORRY TO SAY NO PARKING FOR THE HOTEL GUESTS I, HAD TO PARK THE CAR ON DIRTY BACK STREET. REQUEST YOU AND THE HOTEL AUTHORITIES TO YEARMARK THE PARKING SPACE FOR THE HOTEL GUESTS. THE ENTRY AND EXIT ARE PATHETIC

Even after confirmation on booking.com. At the Last moment our two rooms are allocated in different hotel. This is not accepted. Wrong confirmation given by booking.com
