According to Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than their parents, written authorization will be required for the minor to check into the hotel. This authorization must be authenticated and signed by both parents, and presented together with certified copies of their identity documents. All minors under 18 years of age must also present a valid identification document with photo, proving their identity and that of their parents. This must be presented even if the minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it will be necessary to present an authenticated and signed authorization from the absent parent, together with a certified copy of the identity document of that parent.
Children up to 7 years old sleeping in the same bed as their parents do not pay. To request an extra bed, the cost is R$ 70.00 + 2% per day, contact the hotel to check availability.

The receptionist was very attentive at arrival.
I really liked the warm colors of the room, which made it feel cozy and inviting. The TV included HBO and other movie channels, which was a nice bonus. The shower had excellent water pressure and temperature, and the bathroom was a good size with plenty of towels provided.
The room itself was spacious and didn’t feel cramped at all. There was also a nice amount of closet space, and I appreciated the view of the pool. The duvet was very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep.
In the morning, they offered a lovely continental breakfast with thoughtful touches like honey and cream cheese.
The hotel has a restaurant open at night, which is convenient for dining on-site. However, note that while the restaurant service was efficient, the staff member working in the evening did not seem very welcoming. I understand it may have been a busy time, but a simple greeting, a smile, or a quick acknowledgment would have made the experience feel more pleasant.

Taxa pet muito alta, restaurante não serve no quarto (tem qye buscar)e não ter direito às promoções de Carnaval por ter feito a reserva no booking.

Faltam tomadas nas cabeceiras das camas para carregar celulares, instalações já desgastadas.
