Meals were expensive (compared to other hotels of equal or higher standard)
Nothing much in the area if you want to do other things, sightseeing etc
Check in took a long time, more forms and signatures than any other hotel
The pool staff wouldn't move an umbrella to our bed as it would 'make the other beds not look right' but then moved a load of sunbeds the next day which looked worse.
Sauberes Hotel. Alles funktioniert. Grosser Pool. Sehr schöner Garten mit vielen Liegeplätzen uhd Schatten. Alles in allem super Umgebung.

The size of the room is stunning. View from balcony gorgeous. The big bathroom is lovely
There were a few things I disliked. The phone was dirty. Notices as we call room service.The lady on reception didn't speak good english as well. The toilet seat needs to change as it was in shocking condition. Blinds in the bathroom were very dirty. The box with tissues was empty. There was only one sheet. Missing shower gel

Сразу за песочной зоной начинаются зелёные лужайки, пальмы и уютные уголки для отдыха и в тени
Много птиц и белок. Приходили обезьяны.
У моря, на траве достаточно много лежаков. Мягкие матрасы и большие полотенца.
Бассейн глубокой и комфортный. Лежаки по периметру.
Бар с напитками. В основном пиво и газировка.
На территории есть еще один бассейн , фитнес центр и спортивный досуг. Йога и акваэробика.
Наш номер делюкс был шикарным , с просторной ванной и большой кроватью. И дополнительно кровать для дочери.
Что особенно понравилось — балкон на море. С креслами и кушеткой для отдыха
Вид завораживает: бескрайний горизонт, шум волн и мягкий бриз.
Балкон стал идеальной площадкой для утреннего кофе и вечерних закатов.
Питание
Завтраки вкусные и не очень разнообразные.
Всё приготовлено аккуратно, подается вовремя
Сервис на высоте: дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал, который всегда готов помочь и подсказать.
Мы чувствовали себя желанными гостями: сотрудники встречали с улыбкой, оперативно решали возникающие вопросы и создавали атмосферу максимального комфорта.
Это действительно заметно и приятно.
И в целом впечатления исключительно положительные.
Love the hotel,great staff
We have been many times ,never had a bad time we were there for 3weeks a relaxing stay after seeing the island.
The deluxe room was very spacious, with a lovely bath and gorgeous balcony overlooking the beach.
Good size pool and also a smaller one.
Good selection of activities through the day, like water aerobics/ yoga etc.
massage service onsite was easy to book and they were very professional.
Breakfast spread had a good selection and room service was delicious and good value.
Some areas could have been tidier and look a bit tired.
Some of the staff attitude was poor, they looked a bit annoyed to be there at times, some were lovely though.
Selection of room service menu could be better.
I was there on New Year’s Eve and they had a buffet for 13000 lkr and no room service or other dining option. There are no restaurants nearly, so I had to get uber eats to deliver me some food. This was not mentioned when I booked.
Bardzo ładny obiekt. Duzy basen, czysty teren.
