Sehr zentral gelegen, durch den Park kommt man in 2 Minuten zum Bahnhof und zur Gondel. Das Hotel wird gerade renoviert, wir hatten ein günstiges noch nicht renoviertes Zimmer. Für 2 Nächte gut. Frühstück war lecker und das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Lage top, Komfort im Hotel niedrig, Ausstattung auch. Frühstück sehr ausbaufähig.
Pros:

Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Das Personal war soweit auch zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist wirklich minimal. Wer Rührei oder so sucht, sucht länger.
Die Zimmer sind preislich viel zu hoch. Maximal die Hälfte des Preises wäre angemessen.
Hotel internes Restaurant ist geschlossen. Toilette in der nähe vom Frühstück-Buffet musste erst aufgeschlossen werden.

Great location for skiing in Kloster and amazing staff!
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and answered all of our needs. The location is a 5 minute walk from the Gondola, so it's a perfect base for the ski holiday. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the water pressure in the shower was excellent.

Cons:

The room was a bit cold, although the heating seemed to work.
Also, the room was very simple, only basic needs. For one night it was really enough, but for longer stays I would look for extra amenities.
