Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war schon früher am Morgen parat, als angegeben.

Cons:

Erreichbarkeit der Verantwortlichen bzgl. Sonderwünschen. Angabe Anreise mit SBB, man sollte in Klosters Dorf aussteigen, wobei Klosters Platz zutreffend ist.

Kalt, Heizung wurde erst um 21:00 eingestellt, Bett ist zusammengekracht und nicht besonders sauber

Einfach und zweckmässig. Ich war eine Nacht geschäftlich dort.

Ein einfaches Hotel, dass in den Jahren gekommen. Einfach und zweckmässig.

Cons:

In den Jahren gekommen.
Die Bettlacken waren sehr schmuddelig, auch hatte es Blutflecken.

The staff was very nice. The place was close to the ski lift. I almost don't want to recommend it so I can always get back to it myself every weekend 😁

Great budget place for a stay in Klosters
Pros:

Location, breakfast, friendly ready-to-help personnel, price/service ratio.
Located in the center, close to a cable car, parking places around (if you missed reserving a parking lot), few restaurants are around in a walking distance.
We forgot to reserve parking, but receptionist found a solution for us for free. Breakfasts were great: fried eggs, omlet, cereals, cheese, fish, bacon etc - all of the possible assortment in the morning addressing all needs from children to adults.
Bathroom, shower, hot water - worked fine at all times!

Cons:

It was a bit "fresh" in a room, when we were coming back from mountains, but later on temperature was growing up making rooms ready for sleep.
