Pros:

Last time we had our breakfast, but this time we were in hurry and wanted to catch a train, so we packed our luggage before the breakfast time. To our surprise the reception person requested us to have at least a cup of tea. It was wonderful reception.

Pros:

The location is excellent and right in the center, the rest of the stay was very disappointing.

Cons:

The hotel is quite old, and the "renovations" do not match the standards shown on Booking.com. Most concerning was the hygiene; the bedsheets and pillows had a noticeable smell. The food and overall facilities are simply not up to the mark. A 7/10 rating is misleading for this property; it realistically should be a 3 or 4 so that future guests have a better understanding of what to expect.

Ventilation in room is very poor. Window should be provided with net. for ventilation we were forced to open the window & we faced problem of mosquitos
