Pros:

Очень хороший отель в г. Костанай, удобное расположение, своя парковка. В номерах есть всё необходимой. На первом этаже большой пивной ресторан. Особенно стоит отметить вкусные завтраки в том же пивном ресторане.

Великолепный сервис, очень вкусное пиво с собственной пивоварни, отличный хлеб и сыр, также, собственно производства,рестораны на первом этаже выше всяких похвал. Давно так вкусно не ели и не пили. Несмотря на недостатки номера, обязательно приедем еще раз.

Cons:

Номер люкс давно требует ремонта. В ванной не работала подсветка, фен, прикрепленный к стене не дотягивается до зеркала, пульт от смарт телевизора китайский, половина кнопок не работает. Очень дорого за такой номер, я считаю. При этом чисто, отличное постельное белье и халаты с полотенцами. Если бы не оторванные обои и уставшие светильники с интерьером, не было бы вопросов.
