Though good location and value for money, the quality of service seriously needs an upgrade.
Pros:

The service manager and the reception staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Rest of the staff need to keep pace.

Cons:

The room allocated (No. 310) was not cleaned and kept ready. Moved to Room No. 306. The bathroom was dirty. The exhaust grill was not there, and lot of rusted iron had fallen on the shelf. Any room service requested like ordering food, requesting for crockery etc. was not provided in time. Had to give repeat calls. Food was brought to the room without crockery and napkins. At the time of check-out, the reception staff was not aware of the prices of food ordered.

Cons:

Everything, from the deceptive photos on the app. This room hasn't been maintained in a decade. You're better sleeping in your car. We ended up leaving within the hour and did not get any refund from the hotel.
